I was told pool and gym couldnt be used and then I saw people in it There was no possibility to have dinner at the hotel the staff at the cafe was EXTREMELY unfriendly and yelled at me when I asked for the receipt

This was the perfect location to stay prior to my early morning trip to the airport. Check in was incredibly smooth. My room was so luxurious, it was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and the views at night were just stunning. I can’t wait to return.

As a Diamond customer I’m very disappointed . I was mislead by the hotel, Before I booked my accomodation, I called the hotel, I asked, if the restaurant open for dinner, I was advised yes, I asked if the gym, pool both are open , I was advised yes, When I checked In, I was advised, restaurant gym and pool both all closed due to COVID-19 . I was mis lead by the hotel and the web site . Very disappointed. Every other hotel I been to , they offer bottle of wine or box of chocolates for their platinum / diamonds customer, I got nothing in my room, I called the manager she advised me that she forgot and will send some. I wasn’t very happy at all, i didn’t feel welcomed as a diamond customer .

Staff where very friendly & helpful. Loved the room, the only thing one of the toilets was not flushed clean. Breakfast took over 45 minutes & they did not deliver food as soon as it was ready, had to attract the waitress to let her know our food was sitting there, before it went cold, this happened to everyone in the place, poor service.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The restaurant / cafe however did not open on the second morning of our stay because the "cook did not arrive", therefore we went without the breakfast we paid for and this was not credited or apologised for which was disappointing.

Great service from staff, let down by broken appliances in the room (antenna plug broken in bedroom TV; cap missing from iron water reservoir, which repeatedly spilled water on the shirt I was trying to iron)

The reservation, check-in, the stay and check-out went smoothly. However it would be nice if the rooms had electrical sockets and USB sockets for easier access near the bed, not at the bottom behind the side drawers to plug in CPAP machine and cell phone

The repeated slamming on doors during the night kept me awake. This problem has been reported before during previous stays. TV in the bedroom has the aerial damaged. The TV was covered in dust, not cleaned for a very long time.

I had booked an apartment with a waterfront view. I was a little disappointed when my balcony and room had only a partial view of the water as it was facing another building. I was still charged for a room with a view. Apartment was well decorated, equipped and comfortable. People at the reception were polite and welcoming. They forgot that we had a late check out and housekeeping opened the door on us while we were on the bathroom. Otherwise well located & heaps of restaurant options.

I booked two rooms directly for work. Actually chose over the gym and location. Issue was Gym was for my staff member who could not go even though we did an induction as both rooms were in my name. we took the prepaid breakfast option and there was a nice but very limited offer. I could not get yougert fruit or serial so had two eggs on toast each day. Which was okay but on the wednesday the chef didn't come till late so as it opened at 7.30 we managed to get something to eat at 8.30 leaving an hour later for work than originally planned. Not terrible but not really good either.
