« Our stay was the best we've had in the Wembly area. »

Our room was lovely and spacious. Cleanliness was excellent and I really approved of the blackout curtains. The bed was comfy and gave me a great night's sleep, where normally it takes me a while to fall asleep or I'll keep waking up through the night. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area.

« Stay was Ok , no online check in to facilitate check in experience, cleanliness could have been better, location is not bad to commute to central London »

Check in was Ok - I waited about 5 mins to be seen, my room card did not work in the lift and on door room initially, so needed to go down again with my belongings to get it changed - A concierge service would have been better and online check with electronic keys I did not appreciate to have to request bathrobe and sleepers as well as toiletries as this should have been the standard of a 4 stars hotel I was puzzled to hear that when I asked for an empty glass of wine and ice to be told that I will be charged £5 for room service if I don’t come down at the bar - this should be included again in a 4 stars hotel standard? The room was reasonably clean but could be improved by a more thourough and désinfection of the shower room Sound proof - there is a big gap between the door threshold and the door which allows lightning and people steps from corridor. It was disturbing to hear people moving around from the floor above. Lastly for the price you charge you room , please review your services and make provisions for in room service and concierge

Firstly, please allow me to express my apologies for our failure to meet your expectations on this visit. We do have a very sensitive key system and we are taking steps to try to make this system more robust. Some additional amenities are available without request in our upgraded rooms otherwise, they are only on request. We have strong commitment to our Planet 21 programme and this falls into this. Some hotels have built into their room service pricing a tray charge such as the one asked of you in this case. We have not opted to do this so our guests can clearly see it and make a decision on whether to proceed or dine downstairs. Our maintenance team have been made aware of the gap under the bedroom door and will investigate options to improve this. All of your comments have been shared with the team and have been noted for future discussions relating to our services and their related costs. Modern and good located with friendly and helpful staff. My only remark is that the room was cold and even when I put the heating at 30 degrees there was a cold stream coming over the floor. Bathroom also felt uncomfortable cold with no option for heating.

only issue was that the fan stayed on in the bathroom all the time, even when all the lights and everything else was turned off in the room. Overall the facilities were good and nice to be able to have a healthy breakfast as well.

Location was brilliant. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside was having to use room key to operate lift, this I had to change three times. Could not access reception from stairs for some reason.

« comfy, spacious, beautiful, friendly staff, great location »

i work nights and i had not enough sleep when i drove off. arrived i didnt understand where the parking was and what to do, someone who came out let me in with their fob. i paid for my 2 days parking. morning after i realised that reception had taken 110£ from me, i had paid my stay online when i booked my room. went downstairs around 7.45-8am and mentioned this , under 30min later it was refunded. went back to sleep around 11am for a nap...the alarm started blaring telling us to leave the building. on the 6th floor, by the time i was downstairs, it was a test...ok...stayed outside for 10-15min went back in, couldnt get back to sleep.the bathroom mirror above the sink has a grey square cutting around it and just as my eye level...it was funny, im small...i had a good time. wish parking was better explained and labelled.

« Well located »

Great location, clean and quiet room. Unfortunately our stay was marred by the bar being closed at 11.15pm on our return from a heavy metal concert in Wembley arena. Gilbert closed it, he said due to an incident in the morning, yet the bar was open all afternoon and evening until residents returned from the concert. He eventually re opened the bar, but the episode left a bad taste with me. Needless to say I won't be returning. We stayed with this hotel in October where we attended the Nfl game and there was about 4 times the amount of residents returning from the game and the bar was not closed.

I am sorry that this incident has been so decisive that you would no longer choose to stay with us, despite positive previous visits. A decision was made by a member of the management team based on a series of events that he reported to have occurred in the hotel. These unfortunate events caused a great deal of distress to members of our team and so, he opted to prioritise their welfare. He later overturned his own decision and re-opened the bar for those, such as yourselves, returning from the concert. There are some things we can and have learned from this occurrence such as how things were communicated to you and our other guests. I am sorry for any disappointment, discomfort or inconvenience this caused you and hope that you would reconsider a stay with us for your next stay in the Wembley area. Your sincerely Kerry

Very convenient for attending a concert a Wembley. Friendly and efficient staff. A bit spartan for the American tourist (no washcloth, iron, or conditioner), but not unusual in U.K. Not a scenic area.

Hotel lovely, fresh and clean. Our suite was a great size and the bed comfortable. Only slight negative is the shower over the bath. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay again

« Good location for Wembley »

Excellent location for Wembley stadium and arena. We were there for a concert. We previously stayed here in October last year for Nfl game at Wembley and rebooked after enjoying our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time our stay was marred on our return at 11.15pm from the concert by Gilbert instructing the staff to close the bar when he saw the influx of residents returning from the concert. In October after the game the hotel bar was not closed and to deal with a lot more residents returning from the game. Gilbert tried to blame it on an issue that had happened on the morning?? But the bar was open all day and evening, it was definitely due to the residents returning from a heavy metal concert. He did end up reopening the bar but it left a bad taste with us.
