The most annoying were housekeepers who keep reminding me that the cleaning of the rooms is just till 5pm. I couldn’t get the feeling of relax at this hotel on my vacation and eventually had to move to airbnb apartment so no one bother me with their reminders about cleaning my room. The housekeepers are not nice, they don’t smile to you, they don’t talk in nicely tone. The better type of room doesn’t have a bathtub, just a shower. The way the shower floor is designed-has no inclination so all the water stays. The air conditioner is cheap system and barely working. The nightstand doesn’t have drawers so had to keep my staff outside. The breakfast ends terribly early 10:30! Who can make it that early? The wardrobe is small and not enough drawers. I don’t know whom they bribed to get their stars. The reception girls were very nice, especially Юля. Location is noisy

We are so sorry if the housekeepers were disturbing you all the time, I could suppose that you haven't put a hanger (Do not disturb) on the door, so this strange situation was happened. As for bathtubs, there are only in the twin standard rooms and luxe rooms. Lera, if you prefer staying in the room which has a bathtub, please, tell us about this, and my colleagues will reserve a luxe room for you. Temperature control units do no work in the hotel rooms during my stay. Breakfast quality experience was moderate to low. Hotel personnel was very helpful. Parking is available. Good for overnight stay.

Crazy receptionist didnt check in my wife, my baby and me!! Because our baby was with separatle own passport and not with certificate of birth!!! It is very ugly situation, so we left hotel and go to RAMADA hotel in Voronezh.

We are really sorry, that we could not offer you an accommodation in our hotel this time. Our receptionist acted according to Government Decision No. 1085 of 2015 on the provision of hotel services in the territory of the Russian Federation. We must not check in underage citizen of Russia without birth certificate. All offenses against this law can lead to huge fine on the hotel. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to control the observance of this Resolution by other hotels in Russia. We really hope for your understanding. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We wish you only positive travel experience!

vanlegas Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Hotel is well located in city centre near many shops and restaurants. From railway station I took Gett taxi only for 64 Roubles. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. I remember Nikita and Pavel so much. Rooms are small but new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and delicious. It is enough till evening. All food is very delicious. In the evening you could have dinner in one of two restaurants in hotel with reasonable price. Very nice hotel. I recommend it and if I will come to Voronezh again I will stay this hotel in sure. I

Please, let to Accor card holders to have a late check out. Good loation, good breakfast, rooms and bedding are great. Prefer to have a minibar. The best hotel in Voronez. Next time will stay there. Thnks.
