hotel good and clean. nice room service. bed is clean. bathroom is nice and clean. breakfast is good. the bad is the traffic outside hotel alway in jam on the weekend

Location of the hotel was strategic, easy to access, and near from oleh-oleh centre and also travel centre. The room was comfy and clean. The best part of the room was that it has refrigerator in it. Many hotels room with the same class has no refrigerator in its room. However, i think the breakfast menu need to be upgrade. When i had my breakfast, they served two kind of chicken on the menu. The first one was 'ayam bakar' and the other one was 'chicken nugget'. I think served other protein like meat or fish would be better. And also, i think the waiters should respond more quickly to empty menus. There was about 3 menus that wasnt available (empty) when i got in the restaurant. The waiters should also notice when the was no cutlery available. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my fork ready.

Had a great staycation last weekend... The foods were great, they cleaned the room really well. But only the shower didn’t come out with good water pressure. But overall, always a pleasure staying in here. And they serve breakfast until 12.00 that’s cool.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Not disappointed, just a little bit not comfortable with the location which is really far from the nearest turnaround (mind you, the nearest turnaround is near the pasteur toll gate). In short, it takes time to reach this hotel. However, the stay overall is satisfactory.

My loyalty was downgraded to classic ever since new loyalty program was launched. My points were decreased and i could not enjoy the benefit if being a silver member. Is this how accor reward long time loyal member ?
