the condition of the bathroom should be updated. both the sink, faucet and floor are not worthy of being a 3 star hotel

I regret my first stay at Ibis Pasteur.

It wasn't my first stay at one of Accor hotels, but it was my first stay at Ibis Pasteur. The safe didn't work, and there was a brown stain on the couch (unacceptable, but I was too tired to complain and didn't use the couch anyway). As for breakfast, the choice was poor but it's understandable given the current situation. Alas, for a three-star hotel in one of the largest hotel groups in the Asia-Pacific (excluding mainland China), the soundproofing quality is really bad. This one got me surprised and concerned because I have never encountered this problem at any given Accor hotels I have stayed in. A thud or two is uncommon in hotels, but being able to hear other guests' conversation in the other room is quite concerning don't you think? Due to this problem, I wasn't able to get a decent rest even though the bed was comfortable as usual. The room service worked fine during the first two nights, the food was great and the service was excellent. But on the last night, I was denied a room service without explanation (possibly because of the pandemic but who knows? It said 24/7 service in the brochure). Did you really just advertise one thing and deliver another? You can't do that. If you're reading this and you actually got an excellent experience at Ibis Pasteur, good for you! But from what I've experienced, it's more worth the money to stay at the Ibis Budget. They have surprisingly better soundproofing with the same level of comfort for less cost (and fewer amenities and services if you're okay with that). Or if you really want to capitalize, there's Mercure.

Even my room labelled non-smoking room but the bathroom smells smokey from the fan. I think the ventilation fan is leaked.

The hotel is located at a strategic area for us since it is near to our venue in bandung. The staff were polite, responsive and informative and they provided good services. Nice place but it’s difficult to get grab car from there due to the traffic jam.. The room a little bit small but still comfortable.. Room service is not responsive.. 2 times I asked something but no one comes..
