I had a good time staying at Novotel yanbu. Almost Everything was excellent except the breakfast was a letdown limited choices in crowded corner and exhausted waiters.

as usual , unfortunately Novotel Yanbu has a very very bad breakfast contents, Variety and quality . Cheese collection & Sausage very dry. the buffet variety is so shy. even the Waffle is not fresh , dry & similar to biscuits , and the chocolate syrup has bad smell & taste. i stayed @ Sofitel Dubai since 2 weeks , the breakfast was really Wow .

I am a regular customer who stays at Novotel Yanbu from the EY company. I had a late flight at 6pm on Thursday 9th Dec'21 and when I was leaving from the hôtel to the airport, I was asked to pay extra for the 3 hours. I was not informed about this initially and was quite dissappointed. I had to arrange to pay for this through my travel agent which resulted in delays to the airport. Other hotels like Marriott Bonvoy offer late stay options to their regular customers free of charge. I would appreciate if this is looked into and future stays and checkouts are comfortable for the accor customers. Regards, Huma

Good room furniture, cosy, comfortable bed, bad room view was very bad, close by building under constructions caused some noise. Room service not good, I booked 2 days. when out at 10.00h for meeting came back at 16.00h room was not cleaned untouched. Went to reception and asked to send room service as dustbin full and no coffee supplies and shower gel etc .. they promised to solve. went out and came back at 21.30h and still room untouched. inform reception and waited in lobby until it is done. that was my only bad remark. Rest are great.

Friendly staff very polite, checking in and out was smooth. Breakfast was good, beds are clean and also the bathroom and the living room. But the carpet was having some dirt colors on it but no smell. Swimming Pool was great but cold water no heater.

The carpet was horribly stained and just felt gross to walk on. The couch was infested with bed bugs. (we figured this out after checkout due to bed bug bites) Housekeeping did not turn over our room during our two night stay. The breakfast was old and reused our entire stay. Hotel is a premium rate and did not come close to premium quality. They did provide us with a late check-out free of charge.

It was not encouraging because I found more than once in the room and in the bathroom a cockroach. Also there were not enough towels. I asked for more blankets and didn't get any cooperation from the team.

Novotel is always a nice hotel to stay at. If you're looking for the services you would get at a luxury hotel and you are not interested in the fancy stuff. Then this is the place for you in Yanbu. The services are good, food is fine, rooms are spacious, and it's not too expensive. My only remark is that they use the leftovers from the dinner buffet at the breakfast buffet the next day (they would still taste fine though)

The location is excellent, staff is very courteous. overall a very nice hotel You can walk to the corniche its just across the road. Breakfast was very nice, I believe internet speed could be improved upon.
