If you share photos for swimming pool in your booking account, you have to respect this commitment with your clients, if you have any single issue in swimming pool you have to make announcement 1st then take money !!! Really it’s poor experience

The room was clean and neat , almost perfect. I have one note , that the window in my room 318 was broken, so it doesn't close properly, the street sound loud.

Not so impressive. 1. Poor pillows quality. 2. Swimming pool not operational. 3. Breakfast is almost exactly the same daily. 4. Initially, no hot water in the room. After several calls I found myself forced to physically go down to the reception and insist on fixing the problem. 5. Carpet smells bad.
