Very nice stay in newish and clean hotel - easy access with VLT tramway. The personnel in the reception did not behave like public officers (which unofrtunately many times is the case in Brazil...) but helped us resolve the little problems. Thank you!

There was several issues with my stay:- (1) To long to wait for dinner to be served, sometime more than 40 minutes. (2) Arriving late one night to find my bed was not made and the towels were not changed. (3) Kettle and tea bags in room but no cups.

Great stay in a well-kept hotel, with attentive staff, a restaurant with tasty international food and a delicious breakfast. Large apartment, comfortable bed, adequate work space, bright bathroom with an excellent shower. I can still add that it was wonderful to wake up to the sunny day and the view of the sea provided by the large window.

Comfortable hotel near bus and airport

The hotel is in a perfect location for the airport and main bus station. VLT (tram) located right outside can easily connect you to Central Rio and the metro system for the beach area. Room was very comfortable and I was able to have a late check out for a reasonable price. Pool, sauna, gym area is small but good. Breakfast had plenty of options but the pasta I ordered for dinner was TERRIBLE (gave me the wrong pasta type, it had about 1/4 cup of oil sitting at the bottom, and the pesto sauce was burnt in clumps). There aren’t any food options nearby so make sure you eat before heading back! However overall I liked the hotel and I’d stay again.

The hotel’s location is quite convenient considering you can easily access places whether on foot (the bus station, for instance), by Uber, or by tram, which has a stop right in front of the hotel if you happen to be heading towards the harbor (downtown area). Besides, its restaurant serves great food (especially when it’s a buffet service). A nice place indeed!

The reception was excellent. The breakfast was great. I was taken aback when I had to pay for a soft drink which I had not consumed. I was happy to pay for all other mini bar items but I Don't consume soft drinks for health reasons but I had to pay for it nonetheless to avoid drama; this felt like a robbery. Lastly the couch in my room had visible stains on it and I couldn't sit on it. Overall, the reception attitude made a difference with their friendly and professional conduct.

Hi, I had just received my new Platinum card and I was expecting what it would be the new Welcome Amenities? Unfortunately I did not receive anything new despite the welcome drink. I suppose the reception desk did not check my status or there is nothing different from the Gold status to expect more? Better luck next time.
