I stayed in the hotel last week using my free night award. Check in count staff was so nice and clam. She really tried to explain about hotel and facilities So i could understand all of them even the hotel was very spacious. if you have some tier they treat well with funny presents. I used junior suite room where have beautiful view. you can watch the Han river and normal Korean's life.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was very clean (which is so important for me), located in a great area, and the concierge was very friendly even though I only spoke English! Honestly there was nothing that could have been done better - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Enjoyed the hotel sauna thoroughly with the green tea hot pool, cold pool and sauna room. Gym also has a great view! Counter staff were friendly. Room was comfortable but they kept changing the towels daily despite instructions to hang it up if we don't want it to change. Had issues with some aspects of the room e.g. leaking toilet and low battery for safety box, but both issues were dealt promptly. It would also be great to add a floor towel just outside the shower. Concierge staff tried to be helpful but I had difficulty communicating with them in English. They could help with simple request like direction to places but are unable to help with other more complex stuff e.g. recommendation for places to visit/eat or making reservations at another Accor hotel or asking if there are dining privileges for Accor members etc. Was also surprised to learn that there was no dining privileges for Accor members (as oppose to online). Not sure what happened or if it was a communication issue. Appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks for members but it would be good not to give alcohol (was it beer?) Location wise, a very good choice as it is walking distance to Yongsan station. We could travel easily using the metro and buses nearby - both towards the bustling Seoul city centre as well as the quieter Han River side. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The check-in takes me long time, and the staffs were not helpful enough, no greetings and welcoming smile. And I had lost one of my sunglasses during my stayed which i put it in my room. Hope it can investigate on this issue.

Clean and Comfort Business Stays

Room was clean and well maintained with basic amenities. I was sharing the room with my colleague, the bathroom design is too open for me and I felt a little inconvenient and lack of privacy. If you are staying here for leisure with family or loved ones, it would be more convenient. Novotel room design is made more suitable for sharing or business stays, not so for Ibis. Breakfast buffet is boring and they served same dishes every single days and I ate the same thing for 6 days. Overall stay was nice and comfortable with nice beddings, good airport bus location for easy drop off. CU store is really convenient.

Great location. Very close to the Yongsan subway station and very convenient bus 6030 service to Incheon airport. Very clean and excellent breakfast. the only thing I would improve is the access to the Sauna on 6F. You need the key that is on the first floor. Would be better to have access to the sauna on 6F with the hotel room key.

The worst service ever I had in such a nice hotel

My child broke the glass cup at night. I called the front desk whether they can change the room because my child walk the room with bare foot. The answer was no. Instead they sent us cleaning guy. We left the room during his cleaning. After he cleaned the room, we came back and found glass debris on the bed and floor. We gave up calling again and cleaned by ourselves. When we checked out next day, they charged for broken glass. We will never come back again.

The Location is Good, But the Front Desk Staff is ''So-So''

Good Location, next to Yongsan Station and the i-Park mall Clean Room Good View , either Han River or the Namsan Tower But the front desk staff is ''so-so'' I arrived at 2 for check-in The staff said the check-in time should be 3 it is only an hour I didn't see if there was any difficulties for the to ask us to wait for one more hour with rooms available they finally agreed to check-in for us but I really felt disappointed they should have been more helpful instead of pretending to be doing us a very very big favour to us I am not making a unreasonable request, it is just checking-in one hour earlier with plenty of rooms available I checked-in at 7 in the morning for free in the Novetel in Myanmar in July 2019 and that is what we called a good service

overall was good except electric maintenance at the middle of night, felt unsecured. direct bus between ICN airport and hotel, very convenience. staffs speak good English. connected to train and metro station, easy access to downtown.
