« the place was clean, however there were some issues »

Even though they gave us a number to contact the reception via Whatsapp they only responded once. I had to go all the way downstairs to ask for something. The beeping of the fire alarm was VERY annoying. It happened twice. I was really scared the first time it woke me up, especially that I am seven months pregnant + we were in the last floor ( the eighth) and had to call the reception to see if it’s a practice or not but they didn’t respond. Then we knew that both times were practice. Overall, its an ok place, but I wish the service was better.

Our main office is located across the road from the Ibis so I use it on a regular basis as provides a better hotel service than the Travelodge and Premier Inn in the same area

I liked the hotel facities, the room and bathroom were very comfortable, good size of room, very clean and all was in very good condition. I would only need to say that the breakfast could be a bit better organised. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

« Disturbing nights sleep »

Stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time after two chambermaids knocking one our door I put up a do not disturb sign but still had knocking on the door. Eventually overslept due to disturbances was late out for meeting. Then fire alarm went off continuously, went to check with manager as I was checking out (late!!) only to be advised it was a staff training. For goodness sake if you do training please inform guests in advance.

We spent two nights as family. It is a descent hotel, location is good. Staff is kind and helpful. We did not have any problem. My only criticism would be about breakfast and lights in the room. Breakfast was not bad but it was too simple and plain. Light in the room was not sufficient.

« Great hotel in a great location »

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Reception was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is ideal, right outside the bus stop and within walking distance to the underground, shopping centre and good restaurants. Highly recommended

Good morning IBIS Firstly, Thanks for your very impressive standards of cleanliness.. The Hotel on Uxbridge Road W13 was superbly friendly when I first arrived but when the Daytime Manager came on Duty (Approximately) my experience turned into a nightmare.. I'm a Citizen of the United kingdom and have lived nearly 50 yrs NEVER ...Have I been made to feel so useless and humiliated by the manager.. The last 10 years I have had a daily battle with Depression, clinical and Anxiety. Background. 1. My Bin was searched by 3 people and I was made to feel like a CRIMINAL.. 2. GABRIELLA THE cleaner was astonished by her Manager and had previously said she disliked the manager.. 3. I am a Recovered Alcoholic of 10 + years.. Only occasionally smoke cigarettes. 4. GABRIELLA. Pleading for me to be allowed to stay but the manager had already decided after just paying cash. 5. I Went across The road to TRAVELODGE opp you. 6. Explained what happened and he recognised me from staying before. 7. BARCLAYS FRAUD Squad are interested in this issue because of the way The Daytime manager conducted. 8. Was told to hurry up and leave 10 minutes Or the Police would be called.. 9. I informed the manager About my medical condition. Signed off by the D.W.P until June 2021. The manager wasn't empathetic didn't want to know. My possible Wife to be was out shopping. And she witnessed the previous incident and walked away laughing .Only to come back and find me missing. 10. I have made BARCLAYS ( Police ) aware Of this matter by Contacting them. Straight away. 11. I am currently staying at IBIS in Hounslow. 12. Great hotel previously stayed this time last year. 13. I would like to be reimbursed for the money about £70-80. 14. Thanks for your time. Any further details are available. I hope this matter will be concluded my new Debit Card details. 15 . « Okay except for breakfast »

Rooms were fine but breakfast was a disaster every day. No space to sit at all. Area is way too small. Mostly only white bread available. No variation of breakfast. Got the same for 11 days. Everything ran out all the time. Wanted the option of having fruit. That was never an option. Some days it was so full that I had to leave and pay for breakfast elsewhere which is annoying because I’d paid for breakfast at the hotel. Also it is upsetting to know I paid in the region of 100GBP per night and then for days on end the sign outside advertises the rooms at 69GBP. One night I walked in to find a room access card from the hotel next door in the slot. I thought this was weird because there were no towels in the room that night, so I went to ask and the lady at reception didn’t really care. People working at this hotel are all too young.

« Comfortable room, clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast, good disabled access and parking »

Enjoyed my stay. A few of your customers may suffer sleep disorders and use a CPAP machine to assist breathing during sleep but there is no electric mains socket located near to the head of the bed, so a mains extension lead may be required.
