Perfect to deal with. We got moved rooms due to problems with tv within 5 minutes of reporting. Celebrating hubby's birthday they even put balloons in the room complimentary. Covid is challenging but we were very impressed. Definitely will stay again

My recent stay was nothing short of luxurious! The location is fantastic with both proximity to the airport and a short stroll from the Mascot centre and train station, everything you need is just nearby. I love the modern interiors of the hotel and love seeing airport-runway-themed carpets in the halls! My room was comfortable, well equipped and had great natural light. I had room service twice during my stay and was impressed by the quality, portions and promptness of this. The customer service I received is also worth a special mention - from my call to adjust my booking a couple of days out to my welcoming check-in, customer service agent Joel was welcoming, accommodating and truly upheld the Accor brand values. Cannot fault my stay at all - would highly recommend!
