« good place resort with very kind staff »

Due to Corona Virus, We have enjoyed full service with lots of staff in hotel including complimentary airport pick up and drop off service. Whenever we need a Buggy, it is ready for our family soon. Resort has restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with various foods. Our family enjoyed to eat. Beach is close to Resort. We can easily go there and we see a couple of lifeguards for safety. Our family has a good memory in resort, So they told me that we will get together soon in this resort.

« great location, Attentive and personalized service, Excellent amenities, great free buffet breakfast. »

Location is perfectly in the middle of the city, but just far enough from the busy traffic. Buggy service was very efficient and fast. personalized butler service is very effective. Mercy was our butler and she was amazingly helpful giving us advice, and carrying out orders from us. Free buffet breakfast was very satisfying and high quality. Bed, shower, and space is high quality. Wish we had in-villa laundry machines and dryer. Wish the pool was heated. Free airport shuttle is great service. Wifi is reliable. Kids enjoyed the kids club.... but there is no small bikes for kids under 5yrs old ...or child seats for bikes.

« Amazing holiday »

The resort is in good location and well looked after. It's right by the beach and there are couple of good restaurants near by. Also the resort allocate a villa manger to each villa, and my villa manager Julia was simply incredible. She looked after my family so well and when there were any issue in the villa, she was right on it and fixed the issue with no time. The resort itself was great enough but amazing service and hospitality from Julia made our stay even more special.

I had high hopes for the place prior to arrival as there were many positive reviews of the place. True enough, it lived up to my expectations and what made our stay special were the following: 1) The assignment of a private villa assistant to each villa. We had Julia as our private villa assistant and she had been wonderful, addressing our every need at any time, from the smallest of things to helping us get plants! She was quick to respond, especially when we couldn’t contact our private driver during our Danang city outing. 2) The price we paid for the villa was very reasonable compared to the other resorts/hotel we explored. 3) The beach access pool villa we had was very well located (near Lemongrass and a short walk to the beach and main pool), well maintained, beautifully designed and spacious, perfect for our toddler. 4) The grounds were beautiful with lots of lush greenery and a beautiful main pool and private beach. Though it was slightly too chilly for swimming / dipping in the pool, we still enjoyed ourselves lazing by the pool and having a pool side drink during happy hour. 5) Staff were all pleasant and attentive - restaurant waiters/waitresses, gardeners, reception, buggy drivers/bellboys, kids club staff. 6) The kids club is pretty well equipped and kept our 3yo toddler occupied for awhile. What I wished they’d improve on, though these were so minor they barely affected our thoroughly enjoyable stay: 1) Some wear and tear noted in the villa - lights that weren’t functioning (master bedroom balcony), creaking master bedroom flooring, cracks on the master bedroom wall, rattling in the air conditioning system in the master bedroom at low fan). 2) More kitchen cooking utensils (pots and pans were too big for us to cook for just our toddler, so we had to improvise). 3) Instructions on how to operate the stove and labels for the light switches. 4) There was only one restaurant (Lemongrass) with a pretty limited menu for lunch and dinner (aside from Nautica) but not a huge issue since most tourists would eat out.

« Our family had a wonderful time in your resort. »

Overall my family had an excellent stay at your resort and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. As with any stay, there were areas that we believed need improvement. Note that we really had a great time so do look at our comments through this lens. 1. Our villa pool got really mucky and needed our intervention to get it sorted and the necessary chlorination meant that it was out of service for a day. Not ideal and with regular maintenance and care this should not have happened. 2. The Vietnamese are clearly terrified of water. We found the over zealous nature of the security guards and pool attendants annoying and at times really impacted our enjoyment. There favourite action was the arms in a cross. There is an amazing beach but you can only use a fraction of it without being whistled at or accosted by security guards. 3. The bar area around the pool needs some work. Its looking tattered and tired compared to the rest of the resort. The deck area above the pool is ripe for a BBQ. 4. I was really surprised by just how poorly the use of the F&B around the resort was. The bar area was usually fully stocked with staff... doing very little. I would suggest lowering the exorbitant prices (particularly for cocktails) and introduce a 'happy hour' to drum up more business. With the ease of getting drinks outside the resort for a fraction of the cost, this seems a no-brainer to me. 5. We stayed for 7 nights. After around day 4 the food at breakfast was getting very same-same. I appreciate it can be hard to maintain a constant stream of new breakfast dishes, but it is an area for a look. 6. We struggled to understand why the whole villa wasnt available for use? There were clearly locked doors for additional rooms. We wouldnt have used them ourselves but it seemed odd to have locked doors. The only possible rationale for this is that is a plain out and out revenue grab to get more money per room when the only real additional cost will be the (negligible) cleaning expense. You hire a villa - its taken out for the possibility of re-hire during the stay, why not just allow the whole villa to be available?

Took my family here for vacation. I had visited back in 2016 and had a great stay so wanted to share with my family. This time around was very inconsistent and due to the mildew in the A/C unit circulating bad air in the gym, my husband and father got sick.

« Excellent for family to stay »

The villa is very spacious. It is baby friendly. My daughter loves the pool in the villa. There is a lot of utilities in the resort itself. Kids club is great for all ages of kid. Baby pool is also available at the Infinity pool. Kids zone on the beach, Baby sitting service if you want to enjoy the spa service. Butler is responsive to my needs. I would recommend families to stay here.

« Accommodation and rooms fantastic, front desk staff really not good »

The Check in and check out experience was long both time and really badly managed, and to the point were it took 20mins to check out and i paid cash to settle the account, and know it has also been billed on my credit card. Facilities great, front of house terrible. Ground staff very good and Curtis, Restaurant was okay but if the front of house was sorted it would not have been as big deal.

This was a real treat for my extended family. The 4 bedroom villa with private pool was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. Sunny was very helpful before and during our stay with checking in, booking transport and checking out. The beach house staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time.

« the overall experience was much more then my expectation! »

Customer service staff, especially Apple, was extremely helpful. She went over board to make our stay most comfortable and even arranged our tour the next day. She started contacting me directly days before my stay to pre-arrange everything possible. The villa was very comfortable and practical. Unfortunately, the air condition system lacks drying. the villa felt moist all the time. The reason i gave a 9/10.

It was great. Good exotic experience and comfortable stay. but all food are not that great as your facility. breakfast, room-service, seafood restaurant diner all things are not good as your villa and kind workers. it is not critical problem and it could be just my personal opinion. Accomodation was adequate. Finishings were not good with lots of small things not working, such as blind in the bathroom. Facilities such as pool etc where good. Breakfast was OK. Staff were accomodating, although they could be trained better. Check-in and check-out took too long.

« Need some improvements..but still good value for money »

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the location and people working there. Very kind. However, the villa needs more thorough cleaning (saw some dirts in the corner/under the furnitures) + more accurate response on the requests (for example, I ordered the birthday cake with candles, but candles were missing when we came back to our villa for birthday party...we had to wait a while till candles arrived).
