Breakfast was good, beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning was okay but could be better: the full blast on cold was hardly enough. The location is great to where I work but in a somewhat uncomfortable environment. The reception was very helpful, especially on calling a cab. I am satisfied overall but there is room for improvement.

I was extremely dissatisfied with your hotel during my stay. After 2-3 nights luckily, we manage to change hotel and go to better one. I am travelling more than 150 per year, and I was in hotels all over the world. This is the only hotel where you need to pay immediately every beer or anything else that is not included in price (covered by agent), and you cannot put it on the room and pay everything on check out. Breakfast and dinner at restaurant are very poor with not too many choices. For short stay of 2-3 days, it is OK. But for longer stays this hotel is not the choice.

I didn't expect such a great experience when booking this hotel. The personnel is generally friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special compliment to the front desk. They are very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. I stayed so briefly, but I was very happy with each of the time I interacted with them. Hotel is clean, very well decorated, and very well designed. Given that it's a new hotel, it has the latest Ibis outlay, which has recently excelled itself. Also one note about the coronavirus measures, from the coffee stirring wood pieces in the room, to the individual apples on the breakfast table, everything was individually packed. This hotel certainly takes measures seriously. And the best thing was that price-wise it is still a great deal. Thank you for the hospitality.

Room, quite clean. Could be better. Freshning inside was not so ok. Was smelling like cuggarettes. Although i ve asked a smoking room. But should not supposed to be like that. Bathroom was satisfactory cleaned, not perfect The outside Windows when i ve opened all The dust came inside my room. The diversity of dishes not so much, and prices comparing to turkey... Come on. Very high I mean îs Ibis Hoteles, could be better than that

Rooms are well cleaned and audited. You charge too much money for breakfast. No spare pillows. Bathroom quality is very very poor. Very loud restaurant. Guest were not warned by restaurant management. Quality is not compareable with price. Hotel system is like domestic middle class hotels
