Hotel is awesome we stayed for 7 days but a breakfast menu is same for all days it should changed daily. Jasmine Kaur the guest relationship manager is very polite treats and greats every customers and easily solves problems of customer. 5 star to Jasmine Kaur. One more thing there is kids zone when my kids were playing XBOX they went for washroom after coming back XBOX was hidden. Everyday Room was done cleaning.

Check-in and check-out was super smooth. Room is clean and fully equipped with necessities. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Breakfast was great. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel is well-located. Would love to return for another staycation. Management to consider installing bidet in bathrooms.

Firstly, I am a frequent traveller and have initially decided to make Mecure the hotel to stay whenever I am in Singapore for my monthly visit. The most recently stay was my 3rd times there. The counter staff are slow and unsure of the process. They all looked like they are intern, learning on the job. As I travel across various countries within a month, I had to do laundry when I check into hotels. I called the service counter to come and collect the laundry on the first night of my stay. The staff at the counter told me she will send a housekeeping staff right away to collect. I waited the whole night no one came. The next morning, I called again. This time they told me to leave it outside the door. I didn't that and left for my meetings. When I came back, to my surprise the laundry was not back. So I called the counter again. The person on thebline told me that I have to go down to the front desk to make payment first before they will deliver the clothes. I have another 3 night more of stay there and I cannot understand why the bills cannot be settled at the time of check out. Luckily I didn't ordered any room service. Else I might be asked to go front desk to make payment before the deliver the food. This is the first time I come across such nonsense. I have no choice so I went down to the front counter to make payment. Upon reaching the front desk, I found the floor manager and complained about this. She then said, she will hold another 250sgd on my credit card and release the clothes to me. I told her I am perfectly fine with that. But seriously, this is a hotel chain for goodness sake. Not a hostel. I went back to my room to wait. I need my clothes to be delivered before I can shower and leave for dinner. I waited for 1 hour and no one deliver anything. So I called the front desk again and the person answering the call again said he will get housekeeping to send. I waited another 30 mins and got fed up so I went to the front desk again to try and retrieve the clothes myself. I found the floor manager but this time she is at the Novotel counter. I asked her about my clothes and she gave me a confused look. When I told her I and staying at Mercure, she said "you should ask the Mercure counter". Well come on, we had a long conversation and she even told me she will hold another 250sgd on my card. Then she suddenly remembered the event and went over to the Mecure side to check. I found her walking out of the back office with some of my clothes. She handed them to me but I told her there are a lot more. I sent 17 pieces for laundry. She then went in again and pick up the rest. I then have to carry all my own laundry to my room myself. So my advice is, for the hotel, just don't provide anymore service, because your service standard is a disgrace to hotel industry. When I checked in, the front desk person was confused. I have earlier booked 20 to 23 Jan via the Accor App. But had to cancel that book a week earlier and rebook only on 20 Jan night. So the front desk person told me that I have double booked. I showed him the app as well as the cancellation confirmation email. He told me he will adjust the booking accordingly. 1 day after I checked out on 21 Jan, I received an email stating that I have no showed for the 20 to 23 Jan booked. The email sent was very direct and just stated that they will deduct 1 night stay price as per the agreement. The fee will be charged directly to my credit card. There is nothing in the email that seek clarification or confirmation. It just says, you didn't show up and we are charging you. I replied the email and attached the cancellation confirmation. I even forwarded the email to Accor customer service. A day later I received an email telling me that there is a technical error that resulted in the failed to capture my cancellation. I don't feel tbe sincerity of the apology at all. Again, if the hotel staff or system is not competent don't put the blame on the client. Overall I would rate the experience there as Horrible.

there's a priority desk but was ignored by staff. No welcome note not welcome amenity. Had to call to ask for it. Went food exchange for lunch. Ordered chicken pasta but chef forgot to add chicken. Til now, I have yet to receive my room night in the system.
