Stayed here one night for business. Hotel is located in an isolated in industrial area. Parking good and check in was pleasant enough but encountered poor staff attitude and poor facilities for the price. Pick a hotel closer to the city that cares about you as a paying guest!

Don't get a room that looks over the train track at the back, as the work 24 hours a day. the banging that happens all night is a joke.

The room I had overlooked the train tracks at the back, no mention of this when booking, every night had noise coming from this track, where containers are moved and loaded all night. The restaurant had no lager on pump one night because of a flood, and the menu is extremely limited, £15 for a cheeseburger is ridiculous when it turns up cold. My room key on two occasions didn't work meaning I had to trail back down to reception to get another one, jading the first time never mind happening again. This hotel was convenient for where I was working but i'd rather travel than stay here again.

Well located, but odd surroundings

Great location for meetings etc, but Railway out the back provides random noises at all hours, and once the warehouses are complete concerned it will add a large volume of traffic to the local roads around the hotel.
