Stayed 2 nights. Comfortable room and adjoining restaurant was convenient for a late lunch when we arrived on Sunday. Estrella Galicia brewery is across the road. Sadly didn’t have time to do the brewery tour but had a couple of beers at the sports club just down the road. Bus stop outside the brewery gives easy route into the city, but bus times on Sunday are every 30 mins instead of every 15. Plenty to see and do in La Coruna.

Nothing to say about except that it was a very good stay!

Pleasant for the one night stay this trip; however I note the hotel crucially rooms are overdue with a refurbishment?

SATISFACTORIA

Excellent stay. Great facilities. Clean and large rooms. Stayed in the family suite and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a family of 4 stay in the area. Only regret was we only stayed one night.

The hotel is nicely located in Coruna; the staff is cordial and the breakfast delicious. The rooms are clean and all the furniture is totally new.

Check in was quick and friendly. Parking is available either paid under the hotel (8€ a night in 2019) or free in the street. We had a triple room with terrace (the terrace was on the roof complete with artificial turf, settee and chairs), ok it only over looked the road and the brewery but we did not mind. The room was good, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The air con was not over efficient though and the on switch meant off and vice versa! The bathroom was large, complimentary toiletries and lovely clean towels each day of our stay. Breakfast was plentiful from cereal, croissants, bread, jams, cake, fruit, juices, coffee but no hot food however plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is not in as sparkling condition as the photos look but it is fine. Staff were very friendly and we would happily return. People have mentioned the smell outside, we found it was not continuous and it did not bother us.

I loved the room (had one in 3rd floor with terrace) and the fact that it has a fitness centre with no extra fee. The breakfast was ok, no a huge variety of choices but for me who eats little at breakfast time it was enough. The area is not pretty but you are in the city quickly with car, taxi or similar.

Our stay at Ibis style was very good, we’ve experienced a inconvenience with our room tv and it was remedied very fast to our complete satisfaction. The staff were veré kind and heblpful

Clean room, except the terrace -which was a total disappointment ( bird feces all over the place , it was never cleaned, I guess) and a total waste of money. I think that the hotel manager should visit a room like this and also the front of the hotel which was full of garbage( cigarettes and papers, which stays there all of our for days) . Too bad for your hotel.... first impression counts! Reception staff should communicate better .... they should tell us that bar is closed on Sundays ( very unusual for a hotel) and we could not have a drink and use welcome voucher for a Platinum guest.
