Luckily i'm Accor Plus Gold Member so that I got upgrade room. Parking lot was so crowded, need to use valet service. Bedsheet is not so clean. Breakfast quality just so so. Disappointed that for mineral water, we need to pay to get additional bottle. So surprised since never has this experience in other Accor hotels I stayed before.

Reservations are really friendly and helpful. when checking in reception is quite fast. Breakfast is quite varied. The rooms are really bright and comfortable, the AC makes it cold and looks quite well-maintained. Engineering maintains the room looks consistent. Pool attendat very helpfull, Prokes standards are further improved. Parking area is a bit limited....but it's ok.... All staff so friendly.... want to hang out at the pool bar, it doesn't work because it's full. TOP MARKOTOP LAH..... Hatur Nuhun nyak, abdi insyaAlloh nginep deui di Lengkong.....

my request for one singel bed and connecting room was not accepted, the towels are not suitable for use and dirty, room telephone can't be use and spider web inside the bathroom

Overall, I am very happy to stay in Mercure Hotel. Mercure hotel has a good room, various menu of breakfast and hotel assistances is really help However parking lot of car is very limited especially when there's party was held in the hotel.

I am disappointed with the service. My towel is a bit dirty I asked for it to be replaced it wasn't there until I got home. (I checked in on 10 November and checked out 12 November 2021 - Room 301). I was also asked to pay for parking by the security officer (not the parking attendant at the post). Even though I parked in the hotel area. Thank you.

We are paying IDR 1.2mio a night and booked for 2 days. What we got is, smelly towels, rusty sprayer in the toilet, only 1 trash can, and kinda hard pillow to sleep with. Not to mention, my daughter found 2 little cockroaches on and around the bread sections. Could you please help to improve the cleanliness and the services? Because this is real bad if i must say. Regards

Pleasant hotel but sorry I had several issues during my stay especially when someone was able to enter my room using their keycard. I did not put the extra door lock on at that time and sure both of me and the stranger surprised. Please check, it really threw insecurities to me. And also the room was far from silent, I don't know what are they doing but I heard noisy slamming sound from upstairs and noisy laughing sound from nearby rooms at the same floor.

One night in Bandung

I had a meeting in Bandung at 0900 morning last Friday. Instead of going early morning from Jakarta, I would prefer to stay overnight in Bandung on Thursday. Mercure City Centre has always been My choice to stay if I have a visit to Bandung and stay overnight. The hotel is so comfort for me and close to some places for eating. I would definetely go back to this hotel for My next visit to Bandung.

Parking slot very limited. Services from staf not good. And there is no upgrades available during that time for diamond member. It maybe too many people stay at weekend. For me there is no impressive at all and i dont want to stay here anymore.

The stay at Mercure was amazing and big thumbs for the service. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Bandung city. Close to any business centre. Just one thing they need to attend is that the VIP parking area in the lobby which suppose for Accor member like me but always not available during my stay

Disappointing stay

This is the first time that i feel very disappointed with the stay on an Accor-managed hotel, although i already stayed for several times in the same hotel previously. As an Accor Plus member, i have already informed that i will use the room upgrade voucher for my 2 days stay, but I didn't get the information that i would need 1 voucher for each day (I have been an Accor Plus member for years, and have stayed for more than 1 night a few times, but previously i only need 1 voucher per booking). As the reception informed that the T&C is written in the voucher itself, I have chosen to stay in the upgraded room (suite) for 1 day, and the other one day without upgrade (privilege), and I asked the reception to inform me where i should move on the second day... but in the end, i was the one that should reconfirm to the reception on the day that i need to move to the privilege room instead of getting informed as promised earlier. After the move, we just realized that we left our towel in our room, and we called the reception to check, and they promised to check and inform us. But in the end, until we checked out, we didn't get any information or update regarding the missing towel. The reception told me that actually it has been noted, but the towel has not been found yet, and asked me for my address so they can send it to me once they find it. So my main points of disappointment : 1. unclear information 2. service is not standard 3. dirty towel, pillow, and sheet --- this is the most disappointing for a 4-star hotel and in the suite room! 4. the room smelled of smoke (while I asked for a non-smoking room) --- actually this happened almost in my every stay in this hotel. 5. Nobody approach the guest in the restaurant who were not wearing their mask near the food station! and only took action after I asked one of the staff to remind the guest So actually if you ask me to write any positive thing about this hotel, i only can say : 1. the strategic location - located near the city center, and lots of food around the hotel. 2. good quality of tv channel 3. friendly staff --- especially the reception who handled the check out (Indah if i'm not wrong), who handled my complain professionally. I will think twice to stay here again, since the quality of the room/ammenities has been worsened each time that i stayed. hopefully the management can improve those for a better customer satisfaction.

Staff named arnold very bad attitude, rude and bring into conflict. When i was stay i asked about my benefits that i get when i booked the room thru all app, he gave me unprofessional answers and tell me that he is a trainne, in fact he is a staff who incharge night shift, he reported me to the manager if I made an effort to test, and no excuse until i am check out. come on i am guest i just want to get make sense explanation when i need to know. And i pay for that.
