We stay at Grand Mercure for 3 nights in this month for business trip. The hotel is great service location and service. My colleague helps me to book the reservation. The marketing, Mba iin, is very helpful, friendly and polite. But the management of the hotel must improve the FO/receptionist staff knowledge relate the Accor member regulation.

I was actually booked for Ibis. But somehow it was kinda have maintenance so that i was upgraded to Grand Mercure instead, spacious room! and the towels smell really fresh. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. During my stay i kinda had headache at night, so i called operator at 9pm to bring me some medicine since the pain a bit unbearable. But the staff said there wasnt any medicine, so instead, they offer me if i wanted the concierge to buy me some medicine-and of course i said yes. Only about half an hour the concierge bought me a medicine that i requested (panadol) SUPERB!! However, i didnt enjoyed the SPA at all. For your hotel's standard, i expected more, really. The SPA place was quite empty, not seems really welcoming, there was no aromatherapy/music during my spa therapy time. The room seems empty and dark, a bit spooky rather than relaxing. The therapist even didnt asked whether her pressure too strong / too weak- this is important standard for class hotel like yours. Instead, the masseus press my body a bit too harsh. Didnt enjoyed it at all, i pay 250k IDR but the therapist felt like a regular massaeus near my home. Really need some improvements.

It's only one night stay before going back to Jakarta, but it's very good stay. Warm welcome by the Guest Experience Manager, Mbak Sella who showing our way to our upgraded room. We enjoy ourselves take a good rest and enjoying the ambiance. In the morning, I start my breakfast drink jamu and the wedang that served near the entrance. Elva suggest me another herbal drink , ginger with some herbal and clove, I like it very much. But my suggestion please don't put sugar in it. While Yuliani very helpful and suggest me some local food and fritters.

Very good room, perfectly clean, delicious breakfast. But i will give you 10(perfect) if you repair your electricity. We had a blackout more than 3 times, for worst blackout while our guest star Mas Butet kertarajasa on stage and our CEO's on speaking. Overall, we feel satisfied. Keep working on for improvement. It's a decent hotel, but it's getting old and the Purple restaurant desperately need restoration, most of the restaurant's furniture is not in good condition.

The restaurant is not clean enough Please keep clean the desk n stuff Not friendly enough for all staff except the reception persons. Never ask about coffee or tea for customer. At the point the restaurant isn't clean n not friendly. Thx
