Totally unexpected behavior from the novotel this time. I have a very good experience last time. The room was pretty decent, however there we no bathrobes, tooth brush, paste, shampoo and conditioner in the room. I've dialed the in house room service twice however they did not turn up. I ordered a cool drink and they did send it but it was not cold. Never expected this experience from novotel.

We were staying with our Family. We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Right from security guard all the staffs in the Hotel behaved very politely and provided their services. I really appreciate the management of this Hotel. Regarding the Breakfast all the varieties are delicious and also served to our table upon request. Overall it is worth stay and I strongly recommend this hotel for all especially family with kids.

Experience was not good.. there was miscommunication in billing of food.. also I had taken laundry package for which they didn't give me supporting bill and she was arguing during checkout despite I had communicated before doing check out.. miserable experience.. pls improvise in ur service with well trained staff and give more service to ur customers.. afterall it's a service industry..

We stayed at the Novotel Chamiers Road for a period of 5 Nights / 6 Days and the overall experience was unfortunately quite average. 1. The hotel offered a relatively quick and hassle free check-in. Our bags were sanitized and temperature checks were done upon arrival. 2. Our room no. was 620 (on the 6th floor, facing east) and was extremely comfortable, spacious, modern and clean, fitted with the best amenities and had a spectacular view of the city. 3. Breakfast was offered in the Food Exchange restaurant and included a wonderful and varied mix of food (waffles, dosas, choice of eggs etc), that was absolutely delicious! The waffles and the plain dosas are particularly appetizing! 4. Koox: We decided to have dinner at one of the restaurants on the property - Koox, a rooftop Asian grill restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the ambience of having the city skyline as the backdrop was amazing! The selection of sushi and the sichuan chicken pot with the truffle garlic sticky rice, was perfect and delicious. Overall, the food and ambience is without a doubt spectacular! The chefs do a phenomenal job creating some amazing and mouth-watering delicious dishes for the guests, in both the restaurants of Koox and Food Exchange! The selection of dishes, the taste, balance of flavours - everything is undoubtedly perfection on a plate! But the staff...gosh the staff responsible for something so crucial as the service...the service which anyone working in hospitality would tell you, is critical in cementing the entire experience of a place....it was just so incredibly and astonishingly disappointing.

I was shocked by the poor service. Inspite of me informing about my early checkin and updating them about an hour delay and so, we were asked to wait around half an hour at the lobby after arrival and the communication was in general very poor in the reception... In addition, the luggages and the even the dental kits arrived very late to the room after two or three followup from me. In general, I find it to be very chaotic and not well organized. Thankfully i just had to stay one day and so manageable. Hard to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Not a great stay

I stayed in other Accor brands, but never faced such an uncomfortable stay. first of all, being an ALL member, I wasn't welcomed and also not given the complimentary drinks voucher which I was entitled to, until I asked. Next, the room had no supplies, and had to ask one by one for all need, and that too was not given in desired quantity. It felt embarrassing to ask for the needs in room in more numbers. For the F&B, the menu selection was not not planned at all. All the spread in breakfast was either South Indian or continental. there were no common dishes that people travelling from other regions could feed on. The desert for dinner had pathetic selection too. No cold deserts at all like Ice creams which are by default a spread in any buffets these days. Even the common toilet on the floor of restaurant was not cleaned well and had hell lot of mosquitoes. It's a very risky state if hygiene and also risk of infections through mosquitoes. I stayed recently in Novotel Goa and stay was memorable. But, this stay was memorable in a negative sense.

I was first given a room with a handicapped bathroom. When requested a change I was given a room on the smoking floor where even the bed sheets were smelling of smoke. Had to request a change for a third room within a 2 night stay. None of the rooms were properly equipped.. no kettle, dental kit, hand towels etc. Would think twice before staying again.
