No soundproofing, I could hear everything in the hall and the near rooms (my bed even trembled when someone closed a door). Also the elevator sound always that it arrived. And the doors need to be slammed to lock, which turned this worse. The wi-fi didn't work at first, the reception provided an alternative profile; but for my colleague in other room the alternative didn't work at all, neither the reception's phone. Also the key-card to the door didn't work in the second time I arrived at the room, they said the sensor had discharged - which needed a laptop to fix, a not agile process, I was in a hurry and couldn't enter my room to pick up a coat before I leave. The team never apologized for any of the inconveniences.

It was good overall, just a few flaws, the phone on the room did not worked, reported and they said it had no fixing, parking very disorganized, 1 elevator wasn't working, room floor felt like it wasn't cleaned in weeks

Flashing lamps all night at bedroom

I arrived for check-in about 7h00PM, so the Attendant gave a room for people with disabilities, but inside the room the lamps in the corridor and by side the bed were flashing every minute all night long, brighting almost all room. I went to the clerk about 2:00AM but I found no help, except grab some water. Absolutely helpless situation. Wasn't there other room available?

I should have picked a different room, one that wasn't turned to the street (parking lot was a better option I guess), but thats's on me? Wi-fi excellent, breakfast excellent, I love the shower, the room was cozy and the beach very close. The price so far has been fair. The employees were very amicable.

I loved Ibis Style Guaruja. It was amazing and I'll be back soon. I were there to visit Guaruja beaches. Brazilian coasts are insane beautiful and I would come back everytime. In these trips, like to bring my friends with me too.

All you need for a coupe of days. Good air conditioning, simple and clean roms. Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, coffee and fresh bread. Receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and serviceminded. Location excellent close to the beach. The roms are simple, but clean.

nice and veryt new place, very beautiful with good attendants. Cozy room, good sound insulation. Reasonable breakfast by Ibis standard. Only as a point to improve is the coffee and tea service from the front desk at the reception floor who on both days ended disposable cups after miday and I had to ask and wait my time after the attendant open stay for other guests arriving at the hotel.
