welcoming staff at front f=door daily, good breakfast, wonderful clean room daily & loved the bed! Please ask room staff to replace drinking water in fridge daily, also cups, and our soap dispenser ran out of liquid soap last 2 days.

Our stay with Accor Hotels in Paris was a good one - reception staff were friendly and professional and our room was neat and tidy. The hotel near Notre Dame is also a good location. However, we are very disappointed that we were charged twice for our visit - the hotel has our correspondence regarding this matter. We have still not yet received our refund two weeks later.

This hotel was not good at all for a Mercure hotel, the lady helping at breakfast was very polite but overall the staff are rude and unfriendly. Jerome was very helpful and extremely friendly/professional. Overall I would not recommend or stay here again.

In my opinion, the room was not compatible with a 4 stars hotel and neither the price. The shower was ridiculous small.

Disappointing, worse than any previous experience in the Mercure hotels in Europe and Brazil. The room has a very low ceiling, I am surprised it is legal. The shower is very poorly designed, it is a real challenge not to flood the bathroom. Heating impossible to adjust, always too warm. Service erratic: one day no clean glasses near the sink, no pillow cover replacement and so on. Never again!!

« Short but good stay in your hotel »

Thanks for the welcome of your staff, we appreciated the location and the facilities. Room was clean even if it was small. To improve: the breakfast would have be better if there was more than 1 coffee machine and enough strawberry marmelade (my favorite :)) for all customers.

« Very nice hotel. »

This hotel is conveniently located near the Latin quarter. Very close to the RER, Metro, restaurants, on shopping convenience, but still very quiet and I got great sleep. The staff is exceptional! The only criticism would be for the wifi which was painfully slow.

« a disaster »

No words: despite I am a preferred customer (gold card and in the past diamond), despite I reserved well in advanced the room, despite I did the on-line check in 24h in advance....when arrived to the hotel a disagreeable employed informed me, without any excuses, that the room I reserved (double bed) was not available and "eventually a room with 2 separate beds can be found"....like "making me a favor". This is totally unacceptable...it was offered me a similar room in another hotel next to this one but, again, this is not a service to a client. I could have been informed well in advance and decided not to stay or going directly to the other hotel. A very very very poor service

I enjoyed the recently renovated rooms and breakfast room. Staff was very friendly, helpful and available. Great hotel location, aside boulevard St Germain and in heart of quartier latin. Opportunity of a wonderful running session along quays of La Seine.

« Good night's sleep, but not enough amenities »

We enjoyed our stay, and we were definitely satisfied with our stay but it was not outstanding. Great night's sleep, room a good temperature and good windows to block outside noise. Amenities were lacking - not enough towels, no tea or milk in the room and the shower was quite small. TV was good, but only 1 English channel (BBC World News). Good luggage storage (pre/post check in) - only staff can access it. Overall, a good stay.
