Unusual stay because of the Covid19 restrictions, not able to use the dining room and had to take meals back to our room. The hotel was following all the rules to make sure guests were safe and the staff were most helpful. I had no complaints during this difficult time

Ticks all the boxes!!! Hotel is conveniently placed for LHR and easy to find. Checking in was no problem even in these difficult times. Room was found to be extremely clean, only difficulty found was that no spoon or such like was available to make coffee. Other faciluties were obviously limited due to the corona virus situation. Check out was automatic, a very good arrangement. All un all a very good stay

I was shocked to see that no hotel employee wore a face covering. Other measures were taken, like putting up plexiglass at reception and the bar. And the restaurant was closed with takeout only to be eaten in the room. But, no face coverings.

The staff (concierge and drivers) was very accommodating and understanding during this difficult period of time was very patient with my questions, and was very helpful in several regards. Was ahead of the government given advice as breakfast time they blocked out certain tables to ensure guests would not be too close to each other. The only thing to improve on would be the lack of amenities available.

The check in was very lengthy with a large group of Romanians before me,once checked in I proceeded to room 318 where I had great difficulty in operating the room a/c and temperature.The outside temperature was 4C.No heat from the room a/c unit resulting in a very cold night before travelling to Tokyo.

The room was not hygiene and dusty. There were some disgusting yellow drying marks all over the tissue case in the toilet. The shelf also was dirty. In the COVID-19 situation, this poor hygiene of that room made me worried so much.

It is typical of the Accor attitude that we receive this invitation to give feedback on our stay when we had to cancel it because of the corona virus. there has been no consideration by Ibis or Accor that these are unprecedented times, that we lost the payment for this stay. It is just unacceptable

room it self was alright but lacked enough plugs and also couldnt fast charge. Hot water in shower is unevenly heated where it would go cold for a few sseconds then heat up again, wasnt the worst but it was definatly irritating. Prefereed less art in the wall over the tacky ikea looking wallpapers. But for the price it wasnt bad

Excellent Services, we arrive early before 1Pm due to Covid-19, flight cancellation, delay and changes from Iceland. We ask can we check-in, the Receptionist are very Professional and Excellent, she ask us to sit down in lobby to await as she check any room clean /ready available. She call us 5minutes later and check us in, no question n etc., Really Highly appreciates her services and great help to get us the room so we can at least rest after our early flight before 8Am.
