Hotel is modern but in need of maintenance. Kitchen closed the night I stayed, no restaurant or room service available - guests were not made aware of this & I needed to order take away. Rubbish in hallways whole time I stayed. Annoying process to enter/exit hotel (button system which is still unclear). Lots of equipment lying about / general shabbiness - hotel has a general feeling it needs a bit of attention. Would not rate my stay at feeling like I stayed at 4 star hotel. Traveled for business - would not stay again & will advise colleagues same.

We were here for a game at the Stade de France. Very convenient location. The hotel itself is very nice - and the bar/restaurant was nicely set-up to provide food/drinks before and after the game.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is quirky in its layout but does the job. But tea and coffee - appalling. 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachet and 2 milk cartons. And 2 cardboard cups! At this price I expect a coffee machine, ground coffee and real mugs. Come on Novotel - pull your finger out before I stay next!

Nothing special. No recognition of my Accor status at check in. Un-welcoming check in. I had completed the check in online before arriving, as you get the constant reminders by email. But it was useless. I had to repeat the process at check in. So a total waste of time. Room was clean. That’s it. The price is absolutely exaggerated and unjustified. Probably due to the fact that the stadium is 7 min from it. The area is really bad. And there are illegal sellers of “cigarettes” outside the door of the hotel all day long that will follow you so you buy something from them.

What I cannot understand is why if I book the hotel through a travel agency, my Accor fidelity points are not credited..... Then there is no incentive from me to chose Accor when I book through my Travel agency. The last 7 nights since June were not credited..

The prices are different and these agencies don't use the same platforms as ours. By reviewing your entire reservation history, you have always made your reservations through a travel agency. For future stays, don't hesitate to book on the website or on the all.accor.com application. You will be able to fully benefit from your rewards points as well as many other advantages. Nice hotel, nice room but a serious lack of staff. We had to wait too long to being served, as your staff is outstretched, only a couple of people. I have never seen that. However, the little staff you have was friendly, helpful but definitively not enough. A very disappointing thing is the lack of restaurant during the weekend , and your breakfast buffet is really poor. Definitively not worth the price you are asking for it.

We are regulars at Novotel. As always a great Hotel, modern, clean and renovated. Breakfast was good. Service in the restaurant was not so good. The croissants were not being filled up regularly. The area where the hotel is located is bad. Drug dealers in the front of the Hotel the whole day. Not just 1 or 2 of them.. about 10 of them. Starting from 6 in the morning and thru till late in the night. The metro station is just 10 meters from the hotel, .. so the 10m past the drug dealers would be a run. In the metro station itself, it was not scary. Though the metro station is across, the room was quiet and we were not disturbed. The windows kept the noise completely out.

We faced many problems during our stay. Receptionists were nice and friendly. Room was ok except that AC produced a bad odor and when reported they make it seem like a technician will look it up but nobody did it throughout our 3 nights stay. We had to ask for more toiletries and they gave it to us by hand in the lobby! Kettle wasn't so clean inside. Refrigerator was so small. The main problem was the area in front of the hotel; while the metro station was just in front, but the africans standing outside (I believe they were selling drugs or whatever) made us afraid especially that when we come back late at night the hotel closes the doors and asks to press a button to open for us. Two times while we are inside with the label do not disturb a hotel staff opens the door! Just opens the door! She pretended she was making sure the house keeping was fine! One great thing was the roof setting which we used for 2 nights and was great sitting there talking and having some fresh air. Wouldn't go there again for the location and the inattentiveness of basic maintenance problems.

This has got to be the worst Accor hotel I have stayed in.Service at Bar was non existent the girl at reception was so rude and unhelpful.Will never stay here again .We came to watch a game at Staide de France but next time will book another hotel even if it is far away.Management train your stafg

Nice rooms with all basic comfort. Near the metro station is a plus.Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok (even if we are not used to the big coffee cups)Parking is perfect and safe : a plus if you travel to this hotel by car.

Young and inexperienced staff, but but good folks, good service, and they are learning - they need more coaching. Hassen makes a great Aperol Spritz and is very friendly. Really enjoyed him. Average to boring breakfast. Decent dinner menu. The maid didn't pick up bar glasses or replace used paper coffee cups. The maid needs some coaching on expectations overall. We usually tip maids - we didn't this time. Sheets felt like polyester - sweated all night. Typical French air conditioning in the room - it's an implication air conditioning rather than something that cools. Otherwise a comfortable and modern room. Nice view from the upper floors. However, you should work with the police to clean up the drug dealing going on outside the front door. Also, high traffic time is not when the main lobby should be mopped.

Nice and helpfull staff, but it could be cleaner in restaurant, floor wasnt clean long time... dishes also. Room which we have was really good! All people working there, was very nice for us. Thanks them - staying in this hotel was a pleasure. Parking ok.
