My room was having issues with the television not working properly.

Love the room, so spacious! Just one thing to improve is the kettle (drink area - with refrigerator) was quite dusty. I believe it was not being used for some time. All were good!

I was expecting an exceptional customer service experience, but somehow there was no shuttle available for us from the hotel to airport when we actually did extend our stay for late check-out 4PM. End up we sought our own grab and left earlier than 4PM due to our own arrangement.

Room is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is also delicious. My recommendation is to have various of foods especially during breakfast. I could see the same food mostly everyday.
