1. Food presentation was very poor last time. Since your hotel rated 4 star and above , and even the food supply from the other vendor, you have to make sure the quality of your food before it be served to customer cause it will reflect your image. 2. I like your staff (the person who served us on food panda delivery). Such a humble person and dedicated . 3. Friendly staff at front desk and motivated security team.

Staffs were very friendly, helpful and courteous though there was a waiting period of an hour before the room is ready at 3pm. Place for afternoon tea was not attended till we went to the counter. Breakfast was very basic but food served are delicious and Staff are attentive and helpful. rooms are clean with good view. Overall enjoy the stay

Well maintained and Clean facilities . Room Service Food is below average. Customer Service needs a lot of work - A few staff that i have encountered before were not informative and not well informed of hotel events etc, the reception who called to asked for check-out was borderline rude.

I had stayed there for my quarantine under KKM rules. 14 days would be much challenging mentally however the hospitality provided ranging from room service to daily needs was marvelous hence boosting my moral and mental health. Staff also take the extra steps to assist my luggage delivery. This is definitely a 'Class' Service. Thank you Pullman!!

I had a very pleasant stay. However, the room is not sound-proof enough. Still can hear someone walking/talking at the floor's hallway. But overall it was a good experience. Will definitely go here again in the future.

Good place to stay but no smoking room. difficult from room to downstair lobby for smoking. Prefer Pullman Miri have 1 floor for smoking Room. This is my 2nd time stay at Pullman Miri

One of my favourite hotels in Miri. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great service by friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is excellent. Lastly, don't forget to join the All Accor membership to enjoy the benefits.

1.I accidentally eating dinner pack from previous night which provided outside my room and it caused me experience minor stomach ache/ diarrhea after consuming it ( 4 times rushing to toilet on the way driving from Miri to Kuching was not a good experienced). This dinner was not been cleared/taken by the staff until the 2nd night it left outside my room. (Maybe should learn from Mega Hotel how they handle the food) 2. Coffee and tea should be replenish on daily basis. Shampoo and shower gel maybe every 3 days. 3. Staff are friendly and very responsive.
