I enjoyed my stay. However the pillows on the bed are exceedingly uncomfortable and the comforter on the bed is too small.

Stayed for a 2 day training course and was impressed by the well-executed hygiene concept in all areas of the hotel: room, desinfection pumps around the elevator, good distancing in restaurant, generous room layout with good ventilation. Very quiet overall, so social distancing rules could be well maintained.

After checking in, I only found one pillow on my bed besides the designer pillow. I went to the front desk and asked the representative if it was possible to get another pillow since I always sleep with a pillow between my knees for my back alignment. I ran a quick errand and upon my return, two additional pillows were brought to my room. Also, enjoyed a wonderful hot chocolate with my colleagues at the bar in the evening. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Really appreciated the great, personal service I received this trip.

Television never worked. Room was very warm. Could not cool it down.

The room was nice, with a bathtub, which I prefer. The towels could be a little thicker, they should be updated. I like a washcloth, but maybe Covid took that away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is just great, close to shops, old town, a bakery shop nearby.

Front staff was friendly as usual, however construction noise throughout the day was unacceptable!

The carpet in my room was very stained and dirty, I was afraid to walk on it. There was no washcloth in bathroom and was told that they did not have any. The rooms seem very outdated and worn. My pillows were also worn and thin. Curtain's were also dusty.

The only complaint regarding your hotel is that I found the room somewhat uncomfortable. Specifically, the mattress and pillow was uncomfortable and smelled old and ‘used’. The carpet was stained and felt dirty. The bathroom is tiny and feels claustrophobic.

October 4th was my first time at the mercure hotel in Wiesbaden. I was disappointed because the bed vas very soft and it Hurt my back even more. I called the front desk and i was told all beds are soft. When i entered my room I smelled a very string odour but I truly could not uderstand what it was. The heating, air conditionné unit was detached from the Wall, with wires exposed and left hanging. I was expecting a better product. I also called the from t desk and inquired if i could Pay for an upgrade to get a better a room. I was told the 4th floor( where better rooms are located ) was closed. Ultimately I Hope I Will have a better expérience next time ( I should arrive on October 8 and other dates in October ) and that I Will have more positive things to say. I wish to thank the hotel staff for providing two additional pillows , as I had a lot of pain in my back and have them in the room on the bed, when I got into the room.

My room was comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a view of white walls as the other buildings were so close by my window I could not see anything but white concrete. The bed was OK but only 2 pillows, 4 would have been optimal. There was a free bottle of water and coffee and tea available in the room. Unfortunately, the airconditioning did not seem to work. The fitness area was OK. The pool was nice and the area around it comfortable. The fitness room was only adequate. It was very small and laked towels, most likely due to covid.

I am part of a flight crew and I was given a room right above where the garbage dumpsters are located. I couldn’t sleep and finally dozed off at 1:30am only to be woken up when the garbage was picked up..... that went on for about 20 minutes. After, I thought I could finally go back to sleep but then started hearing some type of construction noise. I had a 14+ hour day ahead of me on about 5 1/2 hrs of sleep. Next time pls be mindful of where you put flight crews so this can be avoided.
