I have stayed there only for 2 nights and everything was good. Picked up by Mr. Nha cluster Transportation Manager, very friendly and I enjoyed the trip. Appreciated for the free upgrading and early check in. Room was nice, good view, there is a sofa bed in the room which the cushion is not "stick" with the base so me and my wife hit to the base few times as we only notice the cushion location only. Breakfast was nice but staff need to take more care of tables near the kitchen entrance. No one clear my dishes and I had to stacked it on the next table. Swimming pool, there is no pool attendant at the pool next to the beach. Tried to enjoy the cocktail at the Ocean Bar but it was not available that time. Very convenience shuttle bus to/from Airport

Having a massive appreciation for Novotel. I didnt expect much at the beginning but surprisingly NVT have brought to me all “the wows” from their treats with detailing cares such as pick up, drop off, room, breakfast, my time of check out and many more. The Most outstanding ambassadors are Tram, Oanh and two ladies check me in and out. I’ve stayed at different NVT acrossed VN and Thailand but this one has left in my Accor experiences an unforgettable one.

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort is always my 1st choice when my family travels to Phu Quoc. I have 2 kids and I take them to Phu Quoc every year and we always stay at Novotel. We stayed there 9 days in October 2020 and we had a great time as usual. I would like recommend Novotel Phu Quoc Resort because of the location, room service, nice beach and great staff. We will come back next year!

This is 2nd time I book this hotel to stay by Accord member. Still like eveything there. Excellent value for the money. As a member of Accord plus I was upgraded our room, got a cake on my birthday. The receptionist and other staffs are very friendly and welcome me. A big thank to the receptionist because she tried to change my room to twin as I requested. Good breakfast.

Good location. Very nice and supportive staff. However, accommodation (villa) is not so good: - Poor insect control, bed-bug found in living room chair, mosquito in ground floor bed-room (2 killed). - Shower in ground floor bed-room was squeezed. - Kitchen utensils were not enough comparing with 02 years ago. For example only one big knife.

Dear Novotel phu quoc resort's team, First of all, I am so sorry for this comment. But i will share my experiences because i want your resort to be improved more. It was a revisit after a few years due to the very good memory. However, Even though it's under Covid-19 Pandemic, I can't give you good points for my stay. 1. Food 1) I ordered some foods(Curries, Pizza and so on) from A la Carte menu in the main restaurant. The quality of it were so terrible. Unripe potatoes and carrots, insufficient soup, Most of all it doesn't have taste. I've never eaten those kind of foods at any hotel restaurants so far. We wanted to go to other restaurant. but it was too late enough and there wasn't another option. 2)Breakfast - So so 2. Sanitation 1) Can you believe that I saw cockroaches in our room for 3 consecutive days? Although we are living in Vietnam, To meet it in the room, it's very unpleasant situation. Luckily our kids didn't see it so We didn't need to change our room at night. 2) Have you ever checked the male toilet next to beach poolside bar? When i visited that place in the evening, I was shocked because of the stench of urine. I felt like that is a public toilet which isn't managed. Please do something for hygiene. 3. Room facility. 1) Air-conditioner - When we use the Air-conditioner much, It was dropped water. We had to spread towel on the floor. In spite of that, I would like to say thank you to your staffs. Your staffs were so friendly and ready to help us promptly and always. I really hope your resorts will be better.

My family visited Novotel Phu Quoc Resort for four days and three nights to celebrate a family event. Upon check-in, the Front Desk receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. On the first night, two staff came to our room to celebrate the event with us; they brought some balloons, a yummy cake, cute donuts and a present for my son. Two more staff wearing the national traditional dress ao dai came to our room and welcomed us once again. My son was soooooo happy and excited that he could not fall asleep that night. Rooms were in wonderful condition, the swimming pool was clean, the beach view from our room and from the swimming pool was spectacular, and the breakfast especially Vietnamese rice noodles tasted great. During our stay, Lisa, Guest Relations Manager, helped us arrange our schedule, book tickets and taxis, and often texted to see if we needed anything and were having a great time. She helped us from the bottom of her heart as if we were her family. She even came to work(even though it was her day off!!) on the last day of our stay to help us check out and say good-bye and checked if we arrived at home safe and sound. I was greatly touched when she gave me a hand-made card for my son. She and Nhu had made the card themselves; they wrote a short message and drew a cute dragon which symbolized my son who had been born in the dragon year. Not only Lisa but also all the other staff including the F&B, Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping team members greeted us heartfully. Their prompt and excellent service made us feel comfortable and as if we were at home; they made us feel special and highly welcomed. We travel quite often but out of all the trips we have gone, we had the most memorable stay in Novotel Phu Quoc Resort this time. We will never forget the kind staff, great facilities and the beautiful sunset. We will DEFINITELY visit this hotel again in the near future. Thank you once again!

My family and I had a good experience at Novotel Phu Quoc, despite of such a bad weather (raining all day). The hotel has very good receptionists. The staff at restaurant should be more well trained at serving customers in queuing order. Please do not give foreign customers a prioritized treatment than local ones. Thank you.

Comfortable and quiet stay in the nature

I highly recommend the hotel when you want to stay within a quiet and calm environment in Phu Quoc. I stayed in a bungalow nearby the beach surrounded by a beautiful garden and ponds with lotus flowers. When I walk around the garden during the night, I can breath in fresh air and listen to the sound of nature. All staff at the hotel was very responsive and kind (although sometimes communication in English was not perfectly smooth). In particular, I would like to highlight Lisa, Vu, and Jack Pham for their positive hospitality. It was a bit pity that some of the restaurants and bars were closed, and the Spa was under the limited operation due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

I and My honey has been one honey moon in Novotel Phu Quoc Resort. So great in there!, the staff is nice, I never regret paying for "Goi ca trich" food I never regret paying for this "Goi ca trich" cause it is flavourful. Special thanks for Miss Tram Gro manager to support me checkin & checkout, Thanks Mr. Luan reception nightshif . One day, we will back! LOVELY RESORT!!!
