First of all, I and my friends were so happy that your staff could offer us an early check in when we came to your hotel in the morning. We were exhausted after the midnight flight. As per your survey, I would like to have the following comments for you. 1. I had utilized your sauna facilities for 3 times. I was required to have an advanced reservation for sauna. Its a nice place with only 1 to 2 guys (including me) in there. I guessed its becuz there was only two shower rooms so we were required to reserve in advanced, with max 5 available guests in every hour. Its not that convenient to go down to the lobby reception counter and exchange the sauna smart card, then go sauna at 20/F floor, then right after, go back to the lobby to exchange the room card. I do suggest you to install kind of sensor for level of crowd, so that the info of crowd could be displayed in the tv channel in rooms. Guest could realise how crowd is in there and decide to go the sauna or not. 2. Similarly, same tech of sensor could be utilized in restaurant, telling guest whether there is already a lot of people in the restauurant. Same kind of info, such as whether the washing machine and drying machine are being used, or how long to be finished, could be display on the tv. Hope it could help and thank you for your service provided to us.

Regarding of your suggestions, I would like to explain that sauna is operated by first-come-first-served basis from 1st of January, 2020. Guests don't need to make a reservation. They just need to exchange a room key to sauna key. For safety reason, we check the age of guests, explain how to the sauna and provide sauna key to prevent unexpected accidents. Also, only 5 persons can use sauna at the same moment because of limited space. So, entrance can be impossible by the number of people in use. I hope you refer to this information. In case of elevator, both have sensor for room key. Guests who don't stay at our hotel can only go to restaurant and meeting room. However, I will inform Engineer to inspect it more carefully. Lastly, I will share your experience with all department about your suggestion on the smart sensor. We will discuss on the system and cost to be applicable and acceptable at our hotel. « Enjoyable stay »

The hotel is well located right in the centre of Seoul, close to the Myeong-dong shopping district. It's only a few minutes walk to Myeong-dong subway station. The staff were very welcoming on arrival, and helpful throughout my stay. I was happy with my room, which was clean and modern, with a nice view over the city from the 14th floor. I didn't have a chance to try the bar/restaurant, so can't make any comment about the food or room service. I'd definitely stay here again.
