The covid quarantine requirement is 14 days, however hotel required minimum stay of 16 days, with both covid tests being negative and results known on the 13th day. No one could explain the reason for this extra stay at the hotel.

Good service staff in terms of assistance. However please brief them to speak basic English language when engaging in conversation with foreign guests because this will make your hotel vibrate a hospitable and friendly environment.

The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. I had a few minor hiccups while there for the 15-16 days. I will say this, the response executed by each situation is what stands out and not the situation itself as things does happen. I will give them a perfect score for doing their best. Great location and good stay. Try and get a room where you can see the Sky Train; not much to see on the back side of the building. Not much to the size of the room but that's pretty much standard here.

Outstanding service! Although often cold, the meals were succulent! Overall, the amenities and cleanliness of the establishment were beyond expectation. I thoroughly appreciated the daily brewed coffee I requested as I do not consume nescafé. My gratitude to the staff and nurses for their consideration.

Went in for quarantine, overall i was satisfied but the hotel could improve on a few things. The meals were rarely hot, and the delivery time was different each day which makes it complicated to structure your days. Same with temperature checks. The room cleanings could easily be done while guests are in the relaxing area when possible. Standing in an empty room wait for them to be done is not a pleasant experience and that could be avoided in this way. The quality and variety of the meals should be improved. Noodles and rice are ok but at times it feels like guests are milked for as much money as possible while they are "stuck" in quarantine. If meals look cheap, the guests will feel like they are being taken advantage of while they are powerless.

The food was always cold. The choice was not very good. The room was small with only one seat for two of us. Why could we not open the window. You had staff walking around in a ASQ hotel with no protective PPE on including no face mask. I have a photo and I will be posting it on Facebook.

Listen, COVID-19 has shocked us all and we deal with it the best that we can. So COVID quarantine is no good for anyone BUT, we all have to do it in Thailand as well as pay for it. So our experience as well as ALL other guest experiences I am sure as far as the food was concerned ( food included in quarantine price as well as food which we paid extra for) was not good at all? COLD food every meal and then if you order from the menu and pay extra for it this food takes between 1 & 2 hours to come and surprise surprise it is also cold/ We complained every day but, nobody listened of did anything to put the situation right and when we were leaving and paying the bill we complained once again but still, nobody listened. I did expect that we would get a discount (adjustment) on our extra food bill but our complaints just fell on deaf ears. Disgusted with the foodservice and we have downrated this hotel. W We would never use this hotel again due to this bad experience! The next questions are not being asked in a COVID-19 context so I either abort this review of carry on with untruths, I will go with the 2nd option hoping that you read the earlier comments?

Staff pleasant and responsive. Room acceptable and bed very comfortable. Some days we were hungry, as the food wasn't tasty at all. You need to request a microwave to rewarm the food.

We spent our 2 week quarantine at this hotel and we had a very good stay. Although quarantine is a strange time, the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. They were so friendly and welcoming. The food was good and we enjoyed our time at the relaxing area. The last night was awesome as we had a three course dinner on the roof which we really enjoyed. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! The shower pressure was awesome and we were very happy with the whole room.
