I always enjoy stay with accors , but there are too many small mistakes on my last stay at Novotel Cikini. Hope can be better in the future. 1. My car was registered parked at front since the first day arrival. Because i drove an Alphard, which is big and long. The rear park lot is not suitable for me. Yet the next day. We went out from hotel at morning and back arround 7 pm. Hoping the park lot is reserved for my car. Turns out. The sign is not there.. and my space was taken by a small car such as vios and agya, and they even not registered and not even a hotel guest. This has to be fix in the future. Because this is annoying. 2. Everyday i got missing some basic toiletries and amenities from my room, first the floor mat is missing, then getting the worst is there are no towel at all in our rooms. We stay in connecting rooms , so i booked and paid 2 rooms, for 4 nights. And in everynight we have to delay oir shower. Because there is something missing in the amenities. Due to pandemic. We should take shower as soon as possible after gone to public places, stalling us to get clean is risking us to spread the virus if we got it on our body or clothes. 3. When try to take our welcome drinks , the waitress said that our room is already taken the drinks. Maybe some body use our room. But finally because we still have the coupons , we got what we wanted. But this supposed not happen in the Novotel Class hotel. 4. Pool should be more stricted rules. I saw people swim using full clothes. shirts and pants. I never see this in other accors hotel pool. It gross. Dirty, and from their faces , they just got woke up. Yuck. Gym and pool schedule is good. But needs more attention because i often finds people not registered in the hour are coming and using the facilities. Other than that it was a great stay and sleep as always inside accors hotels. Keep up the good work please.

Rooms: upgraded from basic to executive. Such a nice upgrade. BUT, you will need to check on those electric plugs. It seems that if you have 2 pins plug, you'll have a hard time correctly plugging in your device. Room is just wonderful corner room with spacious bathroom and good ammenities. Good minibar to satisfy your late night hunger. Great service from concierge to manager. Breakfast is amazing!! Enough choice of food, not that many but they make it all really good.

It exceeded my expectation even for Novotel standard, thanks to warm hospitality from the staffs, especially Pak Arie, Pak Irwan, and Bu Tamara who managed to upgrade our room to a suite, and found things that we left behind. Good facilities, including gyms and pools, as well as kids playroom. Excellent breakfast spread and quality also. Definitely will return for another staycation and recommend to our families and friends. The only downside was a limited and narrow parking space (we should have reserved a parking spot in advance), and the thermostat in our rooms was not working properly, even after being attended to by the technician.

Your have a very nice and new hotel. The background music in restaurents and public areas are extremly annoying since it is the same again and again and quite depressing. You should consider to do something about it.

It was the second time I stay there. I booked an executive room, in purpose to get the upgrade benefit to suite, as I was the gold member of ALL membership program. However, Mrs. Tamara, the front officer, apologized because it was not available that time. I got a problem while I entered my room, and a bit disappointed because the room looked like not ready yet. I complained to the hotel staff but again, Mrs. Tamara handled the problem really well and offered a great deal as the apologized. I really appreciate her calmness and professionalism. Overall, the room was really nice and spacious. I got a room on 11th floor, which has a quite good view. The breakfast was delicious, and although they served room service breakfast, we could asked extra menu as we want! It was impressive. I absolutely would give 5 star if I did not the trouble in my arrival! Good job Novotel cikini

This is my third arrival. What I like here is the friendliness of the hotel staff, clean rooms and of course implementing health protocols. Then the breakfast is also quite good for me and what I like the most about this hotel is that it provides bottled juice so it's more practical. For the room, I like the view towards the city views with the sunset in the evening The only drawback is the motorbike parking that must be fixed, I hope that in the future more attention is paid to it.
