I must say that the accommodation and the facilities are very good. What fell short was the internet service that was provided to the guest. The speed and the frequency of interruption was so bad. I came to Fuzhou to work and it is frustrating to work from the room when the internet was so shite. In addition, I must say that I was so bloody disappointed with the He Café. Before I booked at Pullman Hotel, I wrote an email to the hotel and specifically asked if during breakfast, whether the restaurant serve any Halal food. I asked this because in one of the advertisement, the hotel advertised it as having a halal breakfast. Your reservation agent by the name of Orchid Lin responded to the email stated that the hotel provides Halal food. However, when I was there, not a single dish was halal. None of the waiter/waiters, supervisors, knew what Halal was. Even my colleague who is from Fuzhou tried to ask them in Mandarin, even then none had a clue. I felt cheated and very disappointed because the main reason I booked the hotel was because of the response from Orchid. Very disappointed!

Very friendly and helpfull staff. New hotel, but stayed already for 3rd time. Very nice decorated , modern rooms. Very good price/quality. Breakfast also has good choice with local dishes. Good location to maal and restaurants. My favorite hotel in Fuzhou.

My stay at the Pullman left me a great impression! The best part of the stay was the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff. Every interaction that I had was both warm and very professional. Everyone at the front desk, working in the restaurants and cafe, as well as the room cleaning attendant was excellent. The head concierge Frank is clearly setting a very high standard of excellence. He made me feel welcome even before I arrived in China and assisted me with all of my needs. He went above and beyond in his service. I have now visited three major hotels in Fuzhou but will only return to the Pullman because of this experience with your team. The hotel is also spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING. I will be sharing my experience with anyone who wants to travel to China. I am so glad to have found your hotel and will return again next week!!

« An enjoyable and restful stay - kudos to the hotel team »

Room was well-maintained and furnished. Breakfast selections were varied and wholesome. The gym was spacious and clean. In-room dining service was prompt (delivered in 30 mins and pretty delicious!). Opted to use the hotel's airport limousine to catch my outbound flight, and it was well worth the expense. I thank the hotel team for the excellent service during my short stay.

I have a great 3 nights stay in Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe and in fact I upgraded to stay at the club floor on the last night. I have to compliment the following : 1) The concierge team : we received warmth welcome from the team and immediately they unloaded our luggage and ready to send them to our room 2) The friendly front desk staff did the registration fast and make relevant recommendation. 3) Just like any of the Pullman hotels, the location is always good as it connected to shopping mall and eateries. 4) We enjoy the coziness at the club lounge and hope there's hi-tea session at 2.30pm-4.30pm before the happy hour commences. 5) I have requested for an extra pillow which is slightly harder than the current one and the housekeeper sent the pillow to my room for less than 15 min. Well done ! 6) The only shortfall was I have had a casual meeting with my guest at the club floor during happy hour, the staff informed me that my guest has to pay if he picks up a drink. I felt so embarrassing.... I hope in future, the hotel can consider FOC for guest (1 pax) just drinks without food. I'm extremely surprised that PULLMAN FUZHOU was opened a year ago and the day I arrived was 1 year anniversary. I have to congratulate to the team as they have maintain the PULLMAN standard and brand in all ways. That's the reason that staying in PULLMAN is on the top of my hotel list. Keep up the good works !

Overall is great. From front desk to sales Nichole Chan and all the staff from 4th floor. I’ve busy schedule Everyday so sometimes I don’t even have enough time to take my breakfast but your staff at the 4th floor were kind enough to help me take away my breakfast. Breakfast is very important for me because I’ll have meeting all the way till very late. So I can have my breakfast in my room and at the same time I can prepare my work for the day.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. However, I noticed that one of your concierge colleagues was not very patient with a banquet part timer. For a Hotel to progress, I believe in working together with all colleagues (full/part time) is essential.
