Nice cozy hotel, friendly staff with comfortable and clean ad awesomely decorated rooms of ibis style, you get what you paid for, average breakfast, but in a remote area of Istanbul away from city centre and tourist attractions

The staff at the front desk were behaving like this hotel is the only one in Istanbul and customers don't have other choices, because they weren't giving enough attention to the customers. My room 412 were not cleaned probably, the bathroom towels were very old and can leave scratch marks on your body. In addition to that the shower head was broken.

I prefer to stay in Ibis Otels all around to my country. It wasnt my first experience in Ibis otels. The room is so new, but dirty. I found strand in my bad and my shower. They have to be careful about this. We are in pandemic situation and cleanliness is so important this days.
