The rooms are ok but the staff is very helpful they are courteous and ready to help. the resort is full of people from corporate event and they give out the poolside for parties and also loud music which is a little disturbing considering I could hear the music till the top floor . Food menu needs to be worked on it is already very small and falling short of options . Half the things are not available Why put it in the menu like prawns pastas ( only pene was available ) and even pizza was not available during the tenure of my stay. I had asked for a shower cap and I was told they do not keep it due to plastic ban but plastic bag is available for laundry haha later I can’t to know at the reception upon asking that they are out of shower caps and not due to the ban of plastics haha.

the food was cold, taste was average.. we reached late so we chose a-la-carte and ordered chicken biryani and a sandwich. sandwich was good. however, biryani was cold n with very few peices of chicken, moreover it was very dry as well.. complete disappointment. at night we choose buffet, and had same issue, over heard even few other guest complaining about same thing. Rooms were average. i wish they would have made better usage of the property. the dental kit, lotion, etc were missing, we had to call n ask for it. TV wasnt working in the room or i should say TV was working however, none of the channels were working. the seating area around the pool wasn't very comfortable. the seats weren't very clean. they refused to serve alcohol from the bar at the pool area due to some license issue. either the guy who informed us about it was unaware about many things, because as per him even at restaurant we wont get alcohol, but luckily we did. so may be even at the pool we would have got. game area, massage hair was not working, carrom was not proper. Overall not a great experience. it was quite average, didnt at all feel like a 5star property. was kind of 3star resort.

It was an Awesome Stay. Ambience was very Good, Room were very neat and clean, Staff was very polite, decent and very much active. Room Service person were also good. And Specially restaurant staff, manager with waiters were very helpful. It was some of our best memories. Would really like to visit again in future.

Stench in the rooms and lobby on level 7 , remotes not working , no dental kits , overall ambience poor , garden not deweeded , try tall grass no landscaping along the walking paths , quality of food satisfactory but service staff at the main restaurant fr dinner buffet leave a lot to be desired . Overall as a Novotel branch u guys need to pull up your socks !

Dear team, I understand that we as guests have close to no other option around the Imagicaa Theme park and so choose to stay at your hotel. We wish you would live up to the Novotel name and better the stay experience. Except the food, nothing else at the hotel really stood out for us. Hope to have a better experience next time. Our access keys kept on declining everyday for 2 days. The staff doesn’t know how to overcome the software issue. The lobby has the kids entertainment, which was charged while we were busy checking in for 1.5 hrs. The manager tried to make it better but the damage was done

« Bad reservation system , too much hassle for the guests »

i booked for couple of nights and had extended the stay later, had multiple rooms booked but all the rooms first went only one guests name and since had booked with membership, the membership no wasn't matching with the name, so the check in took more than an hour, mean while dealing with reservation team the kids were roaming around and started playing with the toys third part vendors had placed, had 4 kids with us, then those guys started running behind us for money as seems those toys were chargeable everyday at 11 the rooms keys use to get de activated and had to get those reactivated to enter the room Though the restaurant staff was very nice and food also was good ]
