Everything was okey, but in hotel was barking dog every morning, that was disturbing

Good service, fast and nice. Clean room and very comfortable room. Pretty big shower. Very taste breakfast, I didn't check the restaurant. no problem with parking place. Internet could be a bit stronger.

During this stay, the person checking the rooms after cleaning referred to an employee cleaning my room in my presence so brazenly using a hopeless language that I had the impression that I was in a hostel and not in a two-star hotel. The event took place on 06/12/2019 around 15.00 I will definitely not go back there anymore.

Very clean and modern hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff. Decent food available in the hotel restaurant. Children small play area in the vicinity of reception did the job to keep the kids quiet when necessary.

Our stay wasn't realised. Except we receive confirmation that is a possibility to change the term of stay this change wasn't achieved and employees from Ibis polnoc many times promised us some solution but without final solution. When we came to the hotel they need another payment from us. It was very last time when we were with your company. We changed the hotel and never we will stay in this hotel.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for leaving the booking comment. However, I would like to clarify whole situation. When I was informed about the whole situation, and I spoke with You Sir over the phone, of course we changed the date to a new one (11/12.06.2019). Confirmation of the new booking dates couldn’t be sent because you made the reservation through the intermediary (booking.com). The change of date is only our private contract because reservation are restricted (conditions : The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified – You must make a new reservation if You want change arrival date). Trying to calm whole situation and hope for future cooperation, we changed the dates despite the reservation conditions like We speak over the phone. But despite the change date of arrival on 11/12.06.2019, You Sir did not show up either. Moreover, as I know you also called to the hotel that you need reservation for 10/06/2019 and we made it for you for 10/12.06.2019. The information that payment will be required was replied to you over the phone. You only asked, if we have reservation under your name for term 10/11.06.2019. As I know you came to our hotel on 10.06.2019 and we both know that reservation for this term needed to be paid when check in. I am so sorry but you provided only your name, we did not know that it is also for the following day under different name (the name of person who made the reservation for you). Therefore, the lack of communication can be accused in this case – I’m terribly sorry about that, but looking at the ratings that other guests leave and the work of my subordinates, I can safely say that the rating what You left Sir was quite unfair. Especially since you were not physically our guest and you perfectly knew the conditions of the reservation. However, I hope that our cooperation will not end and you will understand the essence of the whole problem without blaming us. We wish You nice day. A very new building, so everything in very good shape. Friendly, supportive people.The bed was not soft, but I slept well. TV only one german TV station, RTL, so nothing for me. USB loader, Wlan works ( testet Youtube HD so TV as not necessary ) Good breakfast. The shower pipe ? was very stiff No toilet brush.
