We arrived for 3 nights on August 8th 2020. Raphael greeted us at reception. He was very helpful and gave us information and some free city guides and maps. Our room was 305 on the 3rd floor. It was clean and bright with a very comfortable bed. The hotel have taken steps regarding Covid19. Hand gels on every floor, masks to be worn in public areas and a minimum amount of people allowed in the lifts. The down side was the breakfast! Before Covid this hotel was reknowned for its' breakfast. The reviews were fantastic. Not any more. The bread was very limited, rolls and an awful rye bread which looked like a dog had chewed on it! The staff served small cocktail sausages and scrambled egg which looked and tasted awful. There were no bowls of fruit, no croissants etc.. On a counter were plates which had cheese, ham, and cucumber wrapped in celophane. The ham was awful and damp at the edges! I don't blame the staff. They have to do their job. I think Accor/Ibis are using the Covid crisis to save money by downgrading, particularly the breakfast! The hotel has everything going for it, good staff, clean, great location, but this breakfast would put me off coming again.

We are quite disappointed with this hotel. We reserved a double room, which looked good in the description and on photos, but in reality the room was poorly equipped. There were just 2 big towels and 1 small one for the feet. Besides that the towels had some marks on them as if they were not clean. No towels for face or hands, no paper towels either. No toiletries (except for the soap and some strange liquid 'for everything' in the shower cabin), even no glasses for water. Also I cannot leave it unmentioned - there was no toilet scrubber. Sorry, but this is hygiene and that is the thing that even the cheapest hostels have. In addition, at the time of check-in we were not informed that if we want our room to be cleaned (or even towels to be changed), we have to ask for it in advance. So when the next morning we left and then came back in the afternoon, we were quite surprised to find out our room uncleaned. The hotel staff apologized and the cleaning lady brought the new towels quickly (again with some brown marks), but the situation was unpleasant. So as a conclusion, we do not recommend this hotel, as you can get the same 'service' in a hostel, but rather pay less money.

The hotel was very loud at night. Some people were run by the corridor and loud speak and sing songs. The staff not reacted to this situation. All nights we didn't normally sleep. so, pluses: - good breakfast - good cleaning - good located

We were very impressed with the hotel, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness and fresh look of the rooms and public areas. The breakfast was just right. Disappointments : the bedroom was rather small and very warm (unable to adjust the air conditioning), and only 1 pillow each (could have done with a couple of spares). Also only 1 medium sized towel each - perhaps provide 2 towels per person. However, these are only minor criticisms, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The hotel has got a great location, 10 minutes to all attractions, restaurants, and stations. We had b&b, so breakfast was ok, could be better but still 8 of 10. The room was quite small, the bathroom was so small that was a feeling of aircraft toilet. The biggest problem for me was a hairdryer - it was awful. That was a challenge to dry my hair. The rest was good

Close to the train station , shopping and restaurants. Quiet and good beds for a good night sleep. Very good pric in such a new hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Will absolutley recommand this hotel in Gdansk. The only downside is the size of the rooms, if you stay for several nights and two people in the room, it gets a bit cramped.

A warm welcome, a great stay, friendly staff - UNTIL CHECKOUT! The agent had no idea of customer service or guest appreciation. He was unhelpful and obstructive, even pushing me at one stage. He wanted to charge me for a breakfast that was included in my booking. The Manager - who was polite and friendly - overruled him. In many Ibis stays, from Coimbra to Eskisehir, I have never before been treated so badly. That agent, a tall young man with a beard, needs lessons in customer service and good manners. I will inform Accor Hotels management of the matter.

Big surprise in positive sense. Very good location, in the centre of Gdańsk, at the same time quiet surroundings. Great, positive, helpful staff. Hotel in a very good shape which helps to take the rest. Room was good, clean, well equipped and quite big as for Ibis level. Breakfast tasty with several dishes. FOr sure I would like to come back there.

Good location: 10 minutes walk to the main attractions in the old town. Great service, fresh and tasty food, modern, clean and quite hotel with parking. All staff members speak English and are totally customer focused. Overall - meeting and somewhere exceeding expectations.

Very expensive stay for an Ibis hotel. Disappointed that I had usede Accor website because other websites - hotels.com etc. - had the same for 50% of the Accor price. I am getting very disillusioned with Accor!

Hotel is in a nice quiet area of Gdansk but only a ten minute walk from train station and the main street and Hard Rock Cafe. Found all staff to be very helpful and check in and check out was very quick and easy. The room was very clean and tidy. Recommend this hotel for location and value

Great hotel, very clean and modern. The breakfast was interesting and had a wide variety to choose from including apple pie. The location is great, just a short walk from the town centre and the solidarity museum which is worth a visit. The only down side to this hotel is that there is no tea or coffee in the rooms,

This is a fab, clean well run hotel within a 10 minute walk to the centre, river, bars and restaurants. There is a great restaurant just over the road from the main entrance which has 150 types of vodka as well as good food. A trip to Sopot on the catamaran is well worthwhile past the Gdansk dockyards and memorial to the start of the 2nd world war. Top weekend away.
