The room is quite old, especially the bathroom, but this is expected. We ordered in-room dining for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, the bread basket for two only carried two croissants and two pastries. They were all cold and hard. For dinner, the nachos we ordered were just slightly warm in the middle and cold at the outside. There weren’t a lot of cheese or beef that I felt like I’m just eating a pack of Doritos. The pizza we ordered tasted badly, just like those frozen ones you buy from the supermarket. The food was definitely not worth its price.

It’s great experience for my stay. Only one comment for your hotel...training for the staff. At PlayT, when my son took up the pepper container on the table, the pepper fell down from the bottom of the pepper container. It’s not close the container properly. Next, when I took the food from food table, I heard two staff was talking about the kid who burnt the bread from the toaster. I ensured both of them realized I was next with them but they still discussed the guest. Anyway, it’s good experience for my stay.

A little disappointment on the rather late check in time at 6.30pm. It was not ideal but it’s ok because I can feel the staff did try their best and trying to compensate us. Service is good. The hotel management can do better.

I was booking from K-look. There mentioned that check-in can be 12:00 n.n That's why I chooses Park Lane. It is because I wanna decorate the room for a surprised boyfd. When I arrived around 12:15. The reception said that not available for me check-in . Those room still clearing. I can be check-in after 14:00. It was destroyed my planning. so sad.

I celebrated Valentines Day here! The receptionist helped us to arrange the room with the view of Victoria Harbour. However, the facilities are little bit old. It would be great of they can provide more delicacies for breakfast buffet (but I totally understand that due to a huge amount of visitors atm!) Keep it up!

Room cleaniness and service are as good as always. However, the check in requires significant improvement to deal with the busy days like 14 Feb. The long queue started as early as 3 (probably ealier) and after waited and waited till 6 to queue but still require significant waiting in the queue. Suggest to consider app check-in to simply the process and thus shorten the time to wait. It maybe once a year thing but worth some thoughts to avoid damanging the whole experience.

Amazing check-in arrangement by Vanessa. We’ve dialled and inquired about the staycation package before. Vanessa recommended we could do check-in before 12 and she would get our room ready. We saw that the lobby was packed for the whole afternoon when we passed by. It was really nice of her as we had our Valentines’ Day plan on that day and we saved a lot of time of queuing up in the lobby. Overall experience was joyful. Art jamming was so much fun. Service was super great during our stay. Staff are so nice and polite. One thing we were disappointed about was the TV screen pairing function. We experienced connection problems no matter we used an Android phone or an iPhone. We saw glitches from the screen and the video was not synchronised with sound. We understand that it must be a very busy holiday. Thanks for the wonderful service. And wish you all a happy new year!

Other than the check-in queue that possibly took 40 mins, Valentine's day, possible understaff, and a great package, I won't whine about it. The food was great, the services were great. It's very well managed under such high bookings, everything is served on time. There were hiccups over my booking initially, when the package stated bathtubs & I was later informed there were none, but, in the end Akita from reservations arranged to address my concerns, and arranged the service to be provided as advertised in the website.

We checked in on 14 Feb and there was a long queue. We waited for around 1 hour. It would be great if more counters could be opened for registration. The afternoon tea was nice with free flow of drinks. The room is cozy and large, very satisfied.

Overall experience is unpleasant : super long queue for checking in, executive lounge arrangement with limit of 1.5 hr (which is not mentioned at the time of booking nor follow up communications due to Gov policy), cold sunny side up eggs served in breakfast, dried scrambled eggs... but the room and all hardware were in very good condition.

We are celebrating the Valentine’s Day this stay! The check-in process is smooth and fast! The in-room setting is sweet and worth to have a big hands! The dining arrangements for breakfast and afternoon tea is okay but seems to be too packed and not relaxing enough! The only negative point will be the Art Jamming Class as no instructor is available and that cannot be classified as CLASS! At least should have a instructor giving tips and tricks for participants! Overall it is a nice stay!
