Hi. Room was cozy and great location. After a long fly I just wanting some comfort food. So I bought a box of rice from supermarket and asked the restaurant staff kindly warm it up in the microwave. The staff refused to do it due to hygiene reason and I did show them the box is vacuumize pack with ingredients on it. Then he say “this is a restaurant, we sell food here not just heat up food for people.” I was shocked because I’m a Accor staff for nearly three years and clearly this is not what Accor Service about. Yes I didn’t use restaurant facility but I’m still a customer as I’m paying to stay with you. So at the end I asked for a plate (Got a filthy one) and had my rice cold.

Good connection to city centre and airport, clean hotel and nice staff! Additionally you can request (paid) late check-out and different breakfast options. Too bad that the coupons for not needing to clean the room everyday cannot be used for breakfast.

inconvenient that there is no power point close to the mirror to brush your hair (with your own hair dryer) - the one in a hotel bathroom is never convenient for long hair.
