Sem água quente o dia todo

Hoje, dia 05/01, acordamos e no elevador havia a notícia de que ficaríamos sem água quente das 11 às 21 horas. Santiago está quente, mais de 30º, andamos o dia todo e estamos sem banho - ainda tentamos ficar mais tempo na rua pra não pegar o tempo da manutenção. São 22h35 e ainda não há água quente para tomar banho. Não existe nenhuma solução dada pelo hotel, só esperar. Nem mesmo uma "transferência" pro Ibis Vermelho, mesmo com alguma diferença, sei lá (disseram que não são"conectados", o que deve ser surpresa pra Accor). A solução é ficar sem banho mesmo, ou tomar com uma água geladíssima, que com certeza prejudica a saúde, pois um pouco de baixo dela, já comecei a tremer. Dá pra pegar algum produto na loja deles também, como se eu pudesse limpar meu sovaco com sorvete (que seria mais quente que a água que está saindo agora). Ridículo.

Lamentamos que suas expectativas não tenham sido atendidas em nosso hotel. Com efeito, programámo-nos para a manutenção do sistema de água e embora seja verdade que você se preparou e esteve a par dos momentos em que não teríamos água quente, não esperávamos que essa manutenção fosse tão demorada. Mais uma vez pedimos desculpas pelo inconveniente, mas a nossa equipe de manutenção trabalhou o mais rápido possível. Em relação à mudança de hotel para o Ibis vermelho, apesar de sermos da mesma marca, não somos a mesma empresa, somos duas diferentes, pelo que a mudança de hotel não era uma alternativa viável e por isso não foi oferecida desde o início. Confiamos que nos dará uma nova oportunidade de lhe oferecer um serviço óptimo, por isso convidamo-lo cordialmente a regressar ao nosso hotel, será um prazer atendê-lo. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

Very good service, thanks to The assistant manager Patricia for her outstanding service and her doing anything what needed to make my stay more comfortable, hotel is close to everything I needed close to metro and restaurants, covid measures are in place and followed

Good price, funny distribution of facilities. Cable signal poor. Wi fi average but not a nuisance. 4 out of 5. Very good precautions considering the pandemic. Personal well prepared and helpful. The best were all the different restaurant and bars in the whereabouts.
