It was so good to get out of the house after Lockdown 5 and stay at Pullman Melbourne on the Park. From when we checked in to our departure we were spoilt with our luxurious stay. The incredibly friendly staff were so happy to have patrons again, leaving us feel like royalty. Our two night escape was just what we needed to recharge our batteries. Thanks Pullman Melborne.

Room upgrades are quite nice and although Club lounge closed it was compensated by amazing customer service from Downstairs Cliveden bar team. special mention to Julia and her sister whose name escapes me both being with Hotel for 25yrs +. best service have had at Accor hotels and credit to them. Am platinum member so have stayed at Accor a lot and regularly write reviews.

No fridge was disappointing & no offer of milk. Light switches were very hard to see and didn’t operate properly. The shower was very hard to get the right temperature. Overall I was very disappointed as I have stayed at this hotel a lot of times since I was 21

Excellent room but an unfinished renovation

The Loacation was excellent the service was also amazing. The room seemed unfinished, the fridge cavity was empty, there is a kettle yet it doesn't fit under the tap to fill it up. Due to not having a fridge there was no milk for coffee, the privacy glass in the bathroom didnt work. This was only a few things we noticed, again an excellent location, excellent service it just seemed the final touches hadn't been completed.

My partner & I had a lovely stay at the Pullman on the Park. We have stayed here before and it never disappoints. Thrilled to see the hotel is getting a make over, we will definitely be back upon reopening. Only one negative, we stayed on the last night before the hotel closed for the make over, I rang to see if I needed to pay to upgrade to a corner room as it was a special weekend for us. I have a gold membership and generally we are upgraded to the next room level. I really wanted a bath tub given the pool and spa area was closed for renovations. I was told to pay the $100 upgrade as the hotel was full. Given the hotel was closing the following day, and many floors already under renovation, there were not many people in the hotel, we only saw a handful of people. I think the information I was given was a little unfair, I believe the hotel should look after patrons better especially Accor members.

Hi Simon, Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on my stay at the Pullman on the Park, Melbourne. Reservation: JVBSCPKT Room: 910 Check in: 26 Nov 20 Check out: 28 Nov 20 I was disappointed to be woken at 0700 on Saturday morning to the sound of construction. I was not aware that construction would be occurring that early on the weekend and most definitely would have not booked if that was the case, considering checkout is 1100. It should be made clear to your customers either on the website or via email prior to the booking that construction would be occurring. On checkout, it was disappointing that Mathew brushed off my concerns and was not sympathetic, explaining it is outlined on the Accor website "right at the bottom" that construction is occurring. (To which I still can not find) Furthermore, the construction vehicles were partially blocking the exit where the boom gate operates. Due to this I had to do a 3 point turn on leaving and consequently the boom gate connected with the back of my car. It was a disappointing end to a long needed getaway to celebrate a birthday and sadly I will never stay at the Pullman again. Please feel free to call me to discuss further if necessary. I would like to state that overall i was very happy with my stay - I do feel though as a Diamond member that i could have been allocated a better room, Also the renovation noise was directly outside my room at 8am on Saturday which did make it hard to relax - I could not even hear the TV at some stages.

Noisy over priced

Hi We stayed at the Pullman 26th November 2020. We have stayed many times in the past for medical appointments and have been happy with the standard of the hotel and service. I completed online checkin to save time which seemed to delay the whole check in experience. The first staff member who attended to us had her mask on but did not cover her nose. She appeared to have some trouble with checking us in so another staff member took over. During this time we were informed that works were occurring at the building. We were not informed of any works being carried out until this time. So we felt we had no option and decided 8am was reasonable time for building noises. We went to our room and the air conditioner made significant loud noises to wake you up several times during the night and then we had the noising grinding works commenced at 7.30am I believe that this was totally unacceptable We paid $200 for a less than satisfactory experience and was planning to book again fir Monday night. We have now found a tribeca serviced apartments in albert st for $92 a night that look to be 100% improvement on the accommodation we were provided with last night. I understand that works have to be carried out, but believe we should have been provided with this information when we booked and it should also have been a reduction on the price

Comfortable stay with upgrade to twin rooms due to renovations. Everything was lovely except the works noise commenced at 0745 despite the desk stating it would commence at 8am on both days of our stay. This was raised however no change noted. The shower leaked and sprayed water on to the back wall of the room making the shower mediocre for this standard of hotel. I understand the renovations are occurring on the bathrooms so appreciate this is being rectified. The bar staff were great as were all staff I encountered as usual. Despite issues I will stay again due to the friendliness and comfort of this hotel

Our stay was mostly pleasant. Only a few issues. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the springs could be felt in the mattress. The windows were extremely dirty which did effect the view quite a bit. It was clean and well situated, I just expected a little more extras with a suite.
