The room was great and very comfortable, but because it used a centralized Air conditioner, I could sometimes smell tabacco from the Air conditioner which I think is due to somebody smoking in their room. And I was kind of unsatisfied with how the hotel distributed the food. They always distribute dinner very late and they sometimes got the type of food that I wanted wrong.

Room is big. Wifi is fast. Pandemic protocol is done properly. The only thing that i was not fully satisfied was the breakfast buffet. Selection is limited, refill was slow. May be because of the pandemic, understandable.

Come for visiting my family. The hotel was nice, and actually the room quite big for standard room type. The staffs was friendly, but I only remember the one who help me to book the taxi, she is dini, the nice girl.

Despite of many facility limitations during Covid-19 Pandemic, This hotel make my stay felt safe and private. The plumeria lounge provide various choice for dine in and take away for convenient meals. Room Upgrade is also a plus point.

The room is good, the hotel is well located, and the hospitality is good too. However, the food is mostly not as tasty as used to be, and very late delivery to my room. I missed breakfast, lunch and even dinner due to the late delivery.

Very nice ambience at the lobby and modern room interior. Very Good service. Very near to Jiexpo kemayoran but a bit far from shopping area, 15 minutes to the nearest shopping center by taxi. Comply with covid protocol. Friendly staff.
