Overall extremely satisfied. Given it’s fairly new there are definite area of improvements and operational challenges time and again but the staff on ground across department with the approach, attitude and willingness to assist with a smile make up for the operational snags. Would like to acknowledge the following personnel who genuinely ensured that we are well serviced and all our request were efficiently managed. Nisha, Probal, Anna @ Melange Welcome concierge - Laura Lady Receptionist @ Spa Bartender @ Sol Rising Areas of Improvements: - the property/ facilities can be bit more accessible friendly ... getting in and out of speed boat/ dhow needs some additional step support - availability of buggies. The demand surges during activities scheduled as per the property and this is the very time the wait time tremendously increases. Since the property is aware of this there should be more people managing buggies around the time it is know that there would be a surge in demand.

It was such a wonderful stay especially all the staff were very helpful and very attentive to our needs. We love to travel.. Pullman Maldives definitely meet our expectations of very generous all inclusive package. We love all the food and beverages in all the bars & restaurants I really like the presentation (attention to details, portion wise and sophistication) I am very thankful to Saeed for making my birthday extra special and to Faseeh for excellent personalized service as always smiling Very much appreciated Chef Welmar, Bong and Dharmesh for accommodating my requested birthday special menu. Delightfully delicious! Also thank you to Braze and Isanka for good signatured cocktails and making it with passion. We really had amazing stay in the resort! few things to mention maybe add some hammocks by the beach and buggies.

Dear Pullman Maamuta, Our stay experience was just awesome. I wish we had booked for 5 days package plan to discover ways to fall in love with the resort again and again, truly amazing. The staff were so humble, dignified and with smiling faces and always ready to help at any time. Food: Food at all restaurants was just very tasty, mouth-watering. Although we are vegetarians we had the option to eat varieties of food, desserts, fresh fruit-juices. Above all we have fallen in love with Pullman Maamuuta in every aspect. Improvements: The only thing I noticed for improvement is to increase the number of Buggies for transportation within the Island.

An easy and smooth check-in is vital for those who’ve traveled hundreds of miles and your team was on hand to accomplish that with efficiency and grace. The entire team of Pullman Maldives made all the possible efforts to make us feel special. From the Maldivian-style welcome to the Food choices to the bar, the team made all presentations in the most appealing and exquisite way. Only area that needs improvement is the Buggy system. We would have given a score of 10 if we were given some activities. We travelled with 2 kids aged 2 and 3 so being on time for sunset cruise was a bit hard. We were late by 10mins and we missed the cruise and we weren't given any alternative option for the missed activity. We requested a dolphin cruise the next day and nothing was provided saying that its not part of the package. For beginners snorkelling we were told that knowing how to swim was mandatory hence most of us couldn't do that as well. On the day of snorkelling I was informed by the guide that knowing how to swim wasn't mandatory because of this misinformation my cousins and husband missed snorkelling activity as well. We literally dint get to do even a single activity as a family.

With pleasure we noted that your overall experience has been good and we do hope that in general these positive experiences will remain as a memory. I wish to sincerely apologize for the fact that the offered activities did not meet your expectations but moreover that we were unable to have you enjoy the activities you were excited for. The Sunset Cruise usually waits for a couple of minutes to to allow guests who were delayed to still get on board. Unfortunately, we were unable to hold the boat longer with other 40 guests on board. The Dolphin Cruise is an excursion that we offer separately, but which is indeed not part of the complimentary activities and therefore cannot be exchanged for your missed activity. We do sincerely apologize for the miscommunication that occurred in regards to the beginner and advanced snorkeling procedures. It is with deepest regret to learn that you missed the opportunity to explore the beautiful Maldives marine life. Trust that we take this incident very seriously and that our team is rectifying this internally to ensure it will not happen in the future. Nevertheless, it remains as a missed activity for you and the family and on behalf of the team we regret that we did not handled this situation better. We experienced great and warm service from all staffs. Few special mentions: Laura: she was very helpful from the day we checked in and constantly checked on us to ensure we are comfortable. Kuncok: he was very thoughtful to wait for us to inform regarding the venue change for the aerobics and even got us a new key card when we locked ourselves out of our villa. He got us coconut ‘apple’ as well when he didn’t need to do so. Probal: he helped us make reservations at the other dining places and kept us updated on the Maldivian night, to ensure we experience local culture and cuisine during our stay. Other notable staffs include thariq, Christy, ratna, Ayu, Shirsty, Shifau, and Amanda The housekeeping staff was good, saw to our clogged shower area promptly upon informing. The water villa is beautiful, offering us a true Maldivian view. Drawbacks: in the water villa, the floor was inconspicuous causing tripping. There were some ants in the beach villa. Some of the shampoo bottles were faulty. The transfer back from koddoo to velana was smooth but was too early, causing us to wait 5 hours when we need to be there only 3 hrs earlier for international departures. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Waters are crystal clear with great facilities. Attentive and knowledable staff members. Great food with a wide variety. We truly had a wonderful honeymoon at your resort and hope to return again in the future.

Junaid was happily surprised with your kind comment about his hospitality services and punctuality. We liked the fact that you compare him with a Switch Watch and will continue to praise him for that. We appreciate your candid feedback about the buggy services and the domestic transfers. I am sorry to hear that it was hard to get a hold on the buggy shuttle services that we provide. Kindly note that you can always call Pullman Touch by pressing “0” to order a buggy to pick you up. The buggy might have been on their way to another guest when passing you by. Nevertheless, I do wish to gladly share that we are currently addressing this matter with implementing a new and more efficient system for the shuttle services. In regards to your feedback concerning your return flight, we humbly apologize for the long stopover you had in Male’. With 5 till 6 domestic flights per day, we always try to provide our guest with the best connection to their international flights. Experience was very good as it was our first visit to Maldives. All the more it was our 15th marriage anniversary. The property and the staff was very courteous and took very good care of us and ensured that all our needs are met. The BIGGEST DISSATISFACTION or should I mention DISSAPOINTING part of the trip was that we have informed the hotel well in advance about the marriage anniversary and we wanted to make it special with some private dinner but that never happened. We were more than willing to pay for the same and had requested reception and staff for the same but never got any feedback from them. Though we got an apology but till then it was all gone. Hope they do not repeat this with anyone else in the future as these time never come back.

Pullman is a very new resort, nice , clean and beautiful. Almost all members of staff are very helpful. Maybe because it is new, there are a few shortcomings. For example, the number of buggies may not be sufficient as the waiting time can be as long as 20 minutes and even longer for rainy periods, when the lack of plastic rain covers in some vehicles are strongly felt under monsoon like wind and rain. There needs to be a better system of identifying the hirer of buggies as some guests get on without knowing whether the buggy is the correct one they have called. The number of food outlets and the variety is not too large and therefore difficult to justify for a stay of more than three nights. On a minor note, the electronic golf facility is not working properly and the computer fails to respond to all the legitimate shots. Overall, the villas are great and the all inclusive services are enjoyable and convenient, although we were only able to enjoy only one of the two complimentary expeditions as the other expedition was found to be fully booked on the first day of our arrival. The chargeable activities are in our view a bit expensive.

It is with regret to learn that you were unable to enjoy all the activities during your stay. The excursions that we offer, indeed have to be booked in advance, as the scheduled excursions have a maximum capacity available. Your comments in regards to the Golf Simulator have been noted to fix the response to legitimate shots. I appreciate you highlight this. In regards to the dining options, we are sorry to hear that our offers did not meet your expectations. With three type of restaurants we are offering a wide range of cuisines tending to cater for all needs. We would love to hear your feedback on what you were missing on the offerings.
