« Very friendly! »

I really loved staying at this hotel. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located very conveniently with shops and restaurants nearby and it’s only a walk away from walibi. Thanks for the great service!

Understaffed premises providing a bed to groups of Indian and Chinese travellers. Regular type of guests: stay away. Staff is very friendly, but they can't do everything. Don't you think that you will find any food in the evening. Plenty of reasons whey they can't supply what is on the menu, except the beer. I have been experiencing this over and over again. The groups are plundering the breakfast and staff cannot bring new food fast enough. Not up to the Accor standards.

« Great hotel, basic yet comfortable room but the excellent friendly staff and plasant ambience of the public area well make up for it »

Overall god. I would have said great but my complaint about the lack of air conditioning unfortunately fell on deaf ears and wasn't acted on. Apparently as a cost saving measure the hotel turn off the cooling function so you can only heat up your room and mine was already quite hot.

Everything ok except for the breakfest. There is room for improvement. Not too much choice for someone who do not eat meat and don't want scrambled eggs everyday.

« Not up to your usual standard »

Room very small but adequate. Only pizza and croque monsieur available at inflated prices. They tried to charge me although I had already paid on booking 6 months ago. Good job I knew I had paid!! There were at least 2 nearby restaurants, neither of which were pointed out to us - only interested in telling us about another one which was v expensive!

The room was small in size, just enough for two person. paying around 70 euro per night we expected a little big room and Breakfast as complementary. Also water was not available in the room for drinking.

We had an initial problem on checking in as they couldn't find our booking, and we were even asked if we had made a booking. This was eventually sorted out. Room was small and the area where the single bed was situated was very dark, bathroom was tiny. Our main issue was at breakfast, there was a coach of Chinese tourists, this presumably is a regular thing as some of the food labels are in Chinese, However we felt as if we were in the way as they stormed through the food area, there was barely any food left and people were literally snatching things, it was very uncomfortable. Also there were many items missing, no muffins, no waffle machine, no freshly squeezed orange juice all these items which are mentioned on previous reviews. There was a sign regarding waffles but it was pushed behind the coffee machine, I'm guessing it was removed while the coach of tourists were visiting. So whilst we paid a lot of money and full price for breakfast we did not receive the full experience, that is really not acceptable.

Unfortunately during your visit we welcomed groups of Chinese people. Indeed, it is not easy for individuals to be able to mix with the group and have a quiet breakfast. It was a really great stay. From the start, the staff were super helpful and welcoming. They helped us with taxi-booking, even at 11pm to book a taxi for 1.30am! The room was clean and had everything we needed.

« Good stay but frustrated customer service »

Stay was fine. I ordered high speed WiFi. WiFi was fine but I did not receive an invoice. The hotel have been unable to help as you outsource your WiFi to an another company. I have struggled to get in touch with anyone from that company. Appreciate the service is done by an external but my contract is with you and you have failed to provide me with what I need
