The highest point in this hotel is its location - literally only a few steps from a metro station that will take you to downtown Paris. It is, despite of a lift-up renovation, a hotel in an old building, meaning poor soundproofing between rooms and a specially loud elevator. I am a light sleeper, and specifically requested a room as quiet as possible when making my reservation. They apparently only noticed this specific request when I was checking in, and for that I was given what was apparently the last room in the top floor, which was facing the elevator. After having quite a bad night of sleep, I requested to be moved to another room. An apparently quite inexperienced staff then directed me to even worse room, side-by-side with the elevator shaft. After another complaint, he then suggested me moving to an apartment on the first floor - in a hotel facing quite a busy street! In a last attempt, he gave me a room away from the elevator in the fourth floor, which was ok - if you ignore the creaking of the floor from room above you.

Stayed four nights on a second visit and was not at all disappointed with my judgement. The place was immaculately clean with very friendly staff wo were always very helpful. A great location being just metres away from Marcel Sambet Metro station.

When I first entered the room, I started to disinfect the place. Even though they said they disinfected the rooms, I still wanted to make sure, especially during covid. So I worked my way from the entrance to the toilets. When I opened the toilet cover for the first time to sanitise the seating, I was immediately faced with an unflushed toilet full of feces... It wasn't as if the pipes were clogged either. I was so disgusted by it I immediately shut the lid and flushed the toilet without having thought to take a picture. That was the first disgusting moment. The second came when I was cleaning near the bed... There was a french fry on the floor at the bedside table. I actually have a photo of that to prove it, if you'd like. I did not request a room change as I used a lot of my alcohol spray that I brought with me to clean the hotel already and I wouldn't have enough to disinfect a second room. Also the reception lady told me that the "cour" (garden?) side of the hotel is fully booked, so I assumed they didn't have many rooms left anyway. Even if they did, why should I expect the rooms to be cleaned up better when they prepared my room in such a poor state? So... Do I really believe that the room was cleaned properly before my entry? Maybe the towels and the bedsheets aren't even new? It is difficult to believe that this is an Ibis hotel. Was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Hotel very well situated at a few steps of the metro station. Room clean and quiet. Staff very gentle and helpful. Snacks available when all the restaurants are closed at 6 pm. I recommend the adress.

The hotel is in a good location and is about the standard you would expect from a hotel of this rating. There are a few things that would make the experience more positive. For example the air conditioning. I had a room with a new air conditioning control on the wall and it is not straight forward to use and there are no instructions showing you how it works. When it’s 25 degrees at night air conditioning is something that you definitely need. The receptionist did come up and get it working but by bashing it about and pressing all sorts of buttons and he was then unable to explain to me how it works! As a result the air conditioning was left on for three days as I daren’t touch it. Aside from that I actually found it an ok hotel and does the job for a weekend stay.

The room was nice and not too loud. everything functional and in good shape. However, the cleaning was not done well. I found residuals from people before in the bathroom and on the carpet. I am glad I wear glasses and removing them prevented me from seeing the stuff. I also didn't like that you claim to help the environment by having the guest choose whether they want new towels or not. I hangged my towels both days and had them new every day. This is frustrating and not needed. Please train your stuff to listen to the guest and really have them decide and not decide for them. Breakfast was fine to me, got even better every day or I just saw more things, like the fresh fruit and juices. Location very central to me and good to reach. So overall. ok. I don't know, though whether I come again.

So far, this hotel has offered us the best quality for the price, in comparison to other Accor Hotels that we stayed in, in the past! The rooms were reasonable, and more than adequate. The receptionists ( Christelle, Karim and Alexandre) , were friendly and accommodating. and made us feel 'at home'. The buffet breakfast, (which was included in the price of the room) was more than we expected, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased by the hotel, the room was fine, the breakfast good, the WiFi easy to use and the location very conveniently next to a metro station. A little bit more room for luggage and clothes might be useful in winter.
