I would love to warmly thank Mr. Shakeel for the personalized service, which I didn't ask for, upon my arrival at the hotel. Also the personnels were very helpful and friendly. This is one of the few places in Dubai that with time it gets better.

Good breakfast, room space and facilities, including shuttle bus to beach. Lighting very poor with no real daylight due to it going through two heavily tinted windows. Maintenance only sorted if it is brought to the attention of reception as room needed some repairs.

As traveler using accor hotels i found this Hotel have an issue with isolation of outside sound , i can hear everything happened in the corridor or lobby , i can be sure the facilities was nice , good location , value of money and reception was great as usual , but the room was really noisy

Stayed for 1 week in a corner suite. Changed rooms after day 1, due to a noisy neighbour. This was not the hotels fault and they accommodated our request to change. Based on the experience of my Dubai visit I would be happy use the Jumeria Ibis Styles again. The suite we stayed in, 128, far exceeded my expectations. I do not normally stay in Ibis due to a poor trip elsewhere, so the size and cleanliness of our room came as a very pleasant surprise. This was a nice hotel for our family, though a slight negative was that the room walls were a bit thin and soundproofing wasn't great. Both managers we spoke with during our stay were very helpful and the cleaning staff who did are room were great- they would even place my son's teddy bear, sitting up on the bed after it was made. The location of the hotel was good for us (we have a car in Dubai) but it could be a little remote for anyone without transport, as there is no metro nearby. There is a hotel restaurant (good steaks) and other restaurants within walking distance. We went to a local Korean restaurant 1 minute walk away and it was very good, so a choice of eating options are available on site and within easy reach.
