Bonjour Madame F., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire à la suite de votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Nous nous étonnons malgré tout de votre commentaire, une poubelle est présente dans chacune de nos chambres. Lors d’une prochaine visite, n’hésitez pas à nous signaler si celle-ci n’était pas présente. Concernant vos autres remarques, nous appliquons stricto sensu les recommandations du protocole ACCOR et gouvernementales. En effet, nous ne pouvons pas ouvrir notre restaurant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner étant donné que le maintien de la distanciation physique n’est pas possible et le port du masque non plus. Comme nous l’autorise le décret n°20… Article 3 du 29 octobre 2020, les micros réunions (comme cela était le cas le weekend dernier) est autorisé tout en vous assurant les mesures sanitaires et la distanciation physique nécessaires afin de limiter la propagation du virus. Nous espérons que vous comprenez que notre objectif est de vous satisfaire mais en prenant toutes les mesures de sécurité nécessaires. Hotel is well located, room could be better

Hotel was well located, the staff in the reception was very friendly and the breakfast quality was good. The room was subpar, no shower gel (empty bottle) available, towels that do not dry correctly, water flowing everywhere from the shower cabinet (I need top use my shower towel to wet the floor ), bed mattress very uncomfortable and despite the A/C the room was hot.

Hotel easy to find and ample parking available. Usual Ibis Style accomodation, room a good size, beds comfortable, bathroom compact but fine for us. Evening food ok in Courtepaille Comptoir, but breakfast lacked the choice of food normally available in Ibis Hotels.
