this hotel can not be ibis..even can not be ibis budget..if i had not stayed at ibis,i would never use this hotel chain again.i have slept at least 30 different ibis chains and at least 100 days so far...this hotel is from another world

My check in was not as smooth as expected. I had booked of Accr Hotel site to pay with my points, but the officer at checkin counter did not know what it was all about. I ended paying more than what I planned for the trip. The reception could be far better. The reception staff rarely stay on their desk, rather they choose a room nearby and come out when a client shows up. They do not respond to know calls, so u have to come downstairs to everything you need. My view is that the management of the hotel, not necessarily the staff, need a lot more to do, so as the hotel can attain it's full potential as a true 3-Star hotel. (All what is need is on ground, I think the management is not harnessing well their available resources. I had to hold down the electric kettle in my room till.it boils. I requested for a change and I was dumbfounded by the response, as they said all kettles in the hotel are like that!!! After a slight glitch on our eligibility for "breakfast", everything was promptly resolved with apology by the supervisor of the restaurant. Their meals were very good and restaurant staff were helpful. The bus transport to and from Haram is spot on, very comfortable and timely. I'll score the hotel 85% here. While the bathroom was very small and shower is the too small, it was very clean and towels were sparkling white. The room was clean and I was delighted the it was allergen free (beddings, pillow, AC vent). None of us had itchy eye, nose, ear or skin while staying there. Score here is 100% by meeting and exceeding expectations.

The hotel was clean and decent interior design. Good shuttle service going and return to Haram. Fast check in, and location surround is clean. Fully recommended for pilgrimage esp for whose concerning about location, price and cleanliness

The worst hotel you might get in. This hotel will make your trip uncomfortable because it’s not clean, smell, staff aren’t professional to be in hotel. One star for this hotel fair enough. Stay away and save money

The hotel is very good but need some improvement in terms of bus facilities, food services at room and reception staff training.. There is no restaurant in the area so hotel should have facilities of providing food to guest if they arrived late night.
