Nice staff on reception in Al saroor restaurant staff nice as well. Cleaning staff guy was nice. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle always on time. Thanks ibis. Only carpets were dirty. I think it better to put wood instead of carpets.

The bus location at al haram was very bad and I didn’t find the bus at Al Ghaza station , The room was not clean, the commode was broken , and there was NO WATER BOTTLES for DRINKING at night (out of stock ) .

The receptionist in the early morning of the first day was nice and cooperative. The room service and house keeping staff is not a good one because we asked for room shower gel, they said OK and neglected and no one responded to clean the room. The regular bus to Aharam is on time but the bus driver is impolite with guests, he always locking the front door and prejudice asking guests to ride from the back door!!!! The front desk manager Mr. (Hany Bakhsh) is not cooperative or positive to my special requests(shower gel or to extend my check out). I had a family room attached to a single one and in spite of the hotel was semi empty, the neighbouring room was occupied.

It was one of the most gratifying experiences ever of staying in hotels on a trip abroad. The services, staff, ambience etc were just awesome. The shuttle service timings need to be revisited please.

The cleaning in the hotel is not good, some insects were in the bathroom. There is no welcome drink, the location of doom was in back facade although I m a platinum member.

Good hotel. Far from Haram but there is a shatter service. Breakfast buffet is good. No dinner even you booked for it. The reception response is slow. Cleanness level is good. No room service unless you asked for.

Booked a room that wasn't cleaned from the last guests. Front desked promised to clean it before we got back from the haram and they didn't do it until 1am!

On the day of arrival there was no email or call to confirm my arrival and time of arrival and when arriving on the day of arrival at 2 pm The hotel was busy to the maximum degree in addition to the fact that my reservation for the two rooms was not ready, which made me wait for the reception, knowing that I have a golden Accor card I was able to enter early but unfortunately the membership did not serve me as expected knowing that the golden Accor has the advantage of VIP service but I did not go out with great regret

« Extremely - Worst Experience Ever in any Hotel! »

I'm Accor Club Member, reached Silver by now. However my experience with ACCOR Brand Hotels are always good but this time, IBIS Styles Makkah Hotel disturbed my whole stay. Very Bad Service - No ONE cleaned our room in 2 days stay. Room Service - Responsible, refused to clean the room We Called the Elevator and Room Service Responsible took the elevator which we called and he even didn't bother that we were getting late for Prayer! Worst Experience @ Breakfast Restaurant. Egyptian guy who was responsible disrespected my wife and kids, because my son took 2 apples. He Said, Taking 2 apple is not allowed. i would say, how can you even think to stop a child taking 2 apples??? If 2 apples Cost Money, he should have written in my room account and I could have paid while check out. there is no need to disrespect my family!!! Highly unprofessional behavior from the Hotel Staff! Duty Manager Name: Hani Baksh, he Promised me to take this up but i'm sending him reminders and he is not responding to my messages! I WILL NEVER STAY @ YOUR IBIS STYLES AGAIN!!!

Small quad rooms compared to description which did not match what I got. But clean room, and nice bathroom. Fluffy towels and comfy beds. Lacks prayer mats. Room service or cleaning staff never answer the phone. Breakfast was simple, but good, Arabic style. Except for the croissants which are yucky.

« Our overall experience was good, but can be better »

My check in was not as smooth as expected. I had booked of Accr Hotel site to pay with my points, but the officer at checkin counter did not know what it was all about. I ended paying more than what I planned for the trip. The reception could be far better. The reception staff rarely stay on their desk, rather they choose a room nearby and come out when a client shows up. They do not respond to know calls, so u have to come downstairs to everything you need. My view is that the management of the hotel, not necessarily the staff, need a lot more to do, so as the hotel can attain it's full potential as a true 3-Star hotel. (All what is need is on ground, I think the management is not harnessing well their available resources. I had to hold down the electric kettle in my room till.it boils. I requested for a change and I was dumbfounded by the response, as they said all kettles in the hotel are like that!!! After a slight glitch on our eligibility for "breakfast", everything was promptly resolved with apology by the supervisor of the restaurant. Their meals were very good and restaurant staff were helpful. The bus transport to and from Haram is spot on, very comfortable and timely. I'll score the hotel 85% here. While the bathroom was very small and shower is the too small, it was very clean and towels were sparkling white. The room was clean and I was delighted the it was allergen free (beddings, pillow, AC vent). None of us had itchy eye, nose, ear or skin while staying there. Score here is 100% by meeting and exceeding expectations.

« Experience at Ibis styles »

It was great experience at ibis i am regular customer of it, whenever i come to Makkah i stay at ibis, one thing that i didn't like sometimes i don't get the parking in the basement thats it but overall experience is good totally satisfied even with the staff also. Main thing that everybody want to have is WIFI if hotel's wifi is good everyone get happy and satified so big congratulations for ibis management and team doing great job my best wishes for ibis.
