Everyone was very nice and friendly. Food was good. Only thing went wrong was the cold water, impossible to take shower in such burning hot water, could only use the starting 10 seconds to wash.

The check in, the delivery of luggage and the whole experience is great. The space is big and comfortably accomodate 4 adults. The location is also great.

Upon booking, we have requested twin bed but was given a king sized bed instead. We were staying in Room 1201 and its smelled of cigarette smoke and AC was leaking badly. Were not able to sleep due to the dripping noise. Came down to the reception and informed one of the staff (Hazami or Hakimi). He has been helpful enough to arrange the necessary and to make sure we change our room. Good job! Breakfast spread menu was not inviting.

The overall experience was good. It just that after our first night stay, I noticed someone has left some kind of personal belongings, like hair band or hand wrists, that do not belong to any of us, which is kind of weird... Other than that Is fine...

Service very efficient, apartment is spacious and comfortable and clean. Only thing we noticed is the fire extinguisher has expired, and that caused a certain amount of anxiety for my friends during the stay.

« A great hotel with the best premier lounge »

A rewarding stay. the upgrade to a suite was much appreciated and the executive lounge was a quiet and relaxing space. The staff in the lounge were first rate - friendly, relaxed, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It was obvious that they reflected the training by the manager Mr Kamahl who led a great team. A very enjoyable experience.

« Not at all as expected »

Despite having a non-smoking room it smelled slightly of cigarette there. One night it started to smell quite a lot from a neighbouring room. Not ok. Throughout the week the water temperature in the shower was quite cold and the last morning the water system was broken. Seems maintenance is not a priority at Pullman. The breakfast was ok, but I have had far better experiences on other hotels. With the price level expectations goes up and I expected more. Over all I was disappointed with the stay and I will not return.

Firstly, I extend my sincere apology for the smell of smoke that emanated from the neighboring room. Your room was on a non-smoking floor and therefore there should not be any issue of smoke smell on that floor. As for the water issue, a water pipe burst on the street which we are located on on 21st November. The delay in fixing this burst pipe hampered our efforts in maintaining continuous water supply within the hotel. I am very sorry for the trouble faced during this period. Again, i must express my regret on the service short falls that plagued your stay. 1 night stay here is an extraordinary experiance for me and my family during my workshop organised by the company. - a warms greeting during my check in by the reception. - bell boy was so helpful with all my belongings. - room services is good, they don't mind to change you to other room if yoi not satisfied with the room cleanliness and readiness. - the selection of food also varies for adults and children. - wifi connection is fast and good. Overall i'll recommend to my colleague and officemate to cameover for a stay and feel the experience.

A water pipe burst on Jalan Conlay (the street which we are located on) on the said date. The process of getting it fixed took longer than expected by the relevant authorities. Our efforts in managing the water situation with in the hotel was hampered due to the duration of the repair works that went on outside. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you during this period. I sincerely hope that this singular incident does not affect your future stay with us. When booking I requested city views, upon check in the front desk assured me the room given had "Nice city views" When shown to the room I looked out the window to only see a large unfinished construction building. I called reception to then be told they have no rooms with a view because of construction. I spoke to the baggage handler and asked if there was a room with a view, he came back and told me a room no, I called reception and said I want that room, the room had a really nice view. Luckily I asked him otherwise be seeing is an ugly construction building. Breakfast was inconsistent, our orders were forgotten about a few times, sitting and waiting and had to order again. The room was clean, housekeeping was good but no turndown service. Food wasn't excellent, we had the all you can eat sushi and it was just ok. Would be good to have a happy hour at the pool. As rated as a 5 star hotel I would have expected better.

It was certainly the folly of the guest service assistant who served you upon your check-in to not inform you on the absence of the view in your first room. For this misinformation rendered, please accept my sincere apology. Though, the KLCC view is no longer available due to the meteoric rise of numerous corporate buildings around Pullman KLCC, 'nice city views' are still available albeit in small numbers. It can get quite busy at Sedap Restaurant for breakfast due to the large guest volume but this does not serve as an excuse to have your orders forgotten. I am very sorry to know that you had been subjected to waiting longer than necessary for your breakfast order.As for the turn down service, I was informed by the House Keeping team that it is available upon the request of the guest. I would like to extend my most sincere apology for the service shortfalls during your stint. I welcome you back to Pullman KLCC to give us the opportunity to make up for your less than perfect stay. The experience of checking in was good until the front desk complete the credit card transaction and then tell me there will be no water. Very poor experience.
