It was a pleasant day with pullman. The service was nice provided from your staff. There was a little thing that i would like to highlight. I found out that my room has a speaker which only support Iphone user. It would be great if the speaker has multiple option for andriod user as well. (Type C port)

The room was dated and had a foul stench. It was suffocating. Other than that everything came with a standard 5 stars. I was usually put into the newly renovated rooms but unfortunately not this time.

« Great stay! »

Room is always clean and well supplied, especially the bottled water! Love the variety of tea. We feel very at ease and safe in Pullman KLCC. Front desk staff are very polite and helped us with a late check out request. Our trip to KL was wonderful partly because of the fantastic service. Will definitely stay at Pullman again next time.

« A very well run hotel »

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was great, except for small stuff , the writing was worn of the swithes. This meant i inadvertently swithed on the “Do not disturb sign” This meant my room was not service that first day. Overall , very good though.

« Great getaway »

Stayed for 1 nite in the 2 bedroom aprtment. Very spacious. Fully equip kitchen. Nice big living and dining area. Clean and comfortable bed. The only downside is that the room was next to the lift, so I could hear the lift sound going up and down at night. Breakfast was a good spread. Will visit again.

Being a 1st time guest here, i wasn't informed that there's 2 wings in the vicinity, hotel and apartment. I was given an apartment room but wasn't informed its location. I ended up at the hotel side and was mocked for going to the wrong side after calling the front desk. That really dampens the experience but other than that, the rooms were comfortable and cosy.

« One shortfall defeated all the good things »

I was on company business trip and stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Reservation was made via travel agent (Trip.com) as it is more convenient and cheaper. Payment was done by personal credit card, but claimable. Generally, everything was good for the whole duration of stay. The only thing that I am very frustrated was that the hotel reluctant to issue hotel bill receipt as the booking was done through travel agent. My previous experience stayed at other hotels whereby reservations were also done via travel agent, they had no problem in issuing hotel bill invoice. I am not sure if this is the policy of the hotel, but this has resulted in my difficulty and possibility to pay hotel bill by my own money for significant amount (approx. RM2,180.00) whereby I supposedly entitled to claim from sponsoring company. This issue certainly will impact the future networking between hotel and my company (Petronas), as I am for sure will give necessary feedback to my company on the experience with the hotel. I still believe with a little bit flexibility from the hotel management to produce the said invoice, this issue can be solved amicably.

When a reservation is made through a online travel agent, the hotel is unable to provide you the tax invoice. If you require the tax invoice, then you would have to approach the said online travel agent as they would be able to furnish you with it. Please note that this practice is not a hotel policy but it is practiced across the board. I am pleased to inform you that our hotel has a corporate rate for Petronas. Live in a sizeable 1 room apartment style room. Clean and well equipped room gave us a comfort and satisfied 4 nights relaxation. But, we felt quite cold in the dinning area and in the sleeping room due to too low air conditioner temperature being set. We don't expect that the air conditioner cannot be adjusted according to our needs. In fact, the air conditioner should be set with a temperature at 23 degree Celsius that will be more suitable for anybody. As a whole, we are satisfied to your hotel and we may choose again next time if the room charge can be kept in this level.
