Overcrowded pool with people in jeans, t-shirts etc entering the water. Sofa bed doesn’t come close to a proper bed. It was sagging at didn’t provide proper support (ikea would do better).

Not bad to stay, but the WiFI was too slow and ordering a regular food meal was quite unreasonable

Breakfast food was substandard specially the sausage seems it was cooked last night, also if we order the regular soup like lentel soup from the kitchen the price was quite expensive, WiFI was too slow, my kids won't able to connect through and the TV does not have more channels for movies

Upon arrival we were offered a ‘free’ upgrade, only to be told on departure that we had to pay for it! The three upgraded rooms were lovely, however, in two of them, the aircon was faulty. Despite asking for it be fixed, we were just told it would cool down, give it time. We also ate at one of your restaurants. They got the order wrong, 5 of us had finished eating whilst 2 of us were still waiting for our food.

in the beginning I was having a very bad impression after they delay of the check in It was suppose that we have the check in at 3 pm but actually we was allowed to go to our room at 4:30 and the receptionist last telling that we have to wait after they clean the room which was a silly answer and unrepeatable They make to me late check out because of that but also I was given a very bad impression about the management of this hotel in the first impression

Hi, Once I checked in with Katrina, she's nice but tuff a little bit, no smiles, no welcoming as a silver membership, no welcome drink as usual...they forced me to put a deposit AED 400/- in case am ordering anything (which i dont like and am paying on the spot)! I got a room full of dust and no one can tell unless u have an allergy while breathing so this is the first hotel in All Accour am facing an issue with the room itself. I feel the dust everywhere in curtains, carpets...it should be cleaned very well please. I didn't come back to the reception to change the room as am expecting the others all the same condition. This time am not happy that much as I always be while am in All Accour group hotels...but am not angry as well... Thanks Mohammed

The hotel has a lot of options in terms of facilities- private beach, swimming pool, kids arcade, couple of restaurants with different cuisines, mini supermarket. Rooms were decent but definitely could use some upgrade. Staff were courteous and helpful. Not happy about the extreme delay at check in on weekends and long wait in the warm lobby.

Main restaurant closed so choice of food very limited - Added to the fact that this is a non alcoholic ( dry ) hotel , one get the impression that hotel is kind of " dead "

We loved the special efforts that were made for us for my wife’s birthday a really great aspect of the trip. The issues we had were with the length of time to check-in, waiting for 45 minutes with our young son before deciding to go for lunch and come back later. The check-out was also lengthy with some discrepancies over how much we had to pay as we had a 200 AED voucher included from Cobone.

Room was great ! We even got a free upgrade . But there was a long time wait for check in to the hotel . Breakfast buffet was great , but dinner choices could have been more . But overall it’ was a great experience

We have faced issues during check-in for the 3 rooms that we had booked but special thanks to Mr. Hafeez and Mr. Ahmad they were able to manage everything with professionalism. They upgraded our rooms with a fantastic view. Mr. Hafeez house keeping shift leader has done everything for us. Special thanks to him and to all Filipino staffs who are very polite and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!
