The hotel has not met my expectations, considering the price, the rooms are very small, and the overall experience is not up to 4 stars hotel. Although I booked the "Privilege Room", the extra square meters were actually a long corridor at the entrance. The bathroom and the toilet space are very basic and outdated (small green and white tiles not in line with the room ambiance), just the sink and the mirror, there was not countertop or shelves. Overall there was no attention to detail. The service was ok and the buffet breakfast was great and there was an extensive choice.

Sleek, modern, very comfortable beds, great views and super attentive staff.

The Hotel itself is great. Loved the decor, the bedding and how modern and well maintained it felt. Would have scored a 10 if our 2 rooms had been provided closer together instead of one on the 6th and one on the 5th floor below and if the parking had been closer and easier to reach. One thing I'm conflicted about is the location. While this was really close the the vieux port and very convenient for a quick walk to most tourist attractions, there were many dodgy looking characters lurking around, especially in the evening and at night. Fully understand this is not something the hotel staff or management can control (and there were enough hotel security staffers around to make you feel safe) but it did make me slightly uneasy when we arrived. All in all one of our best stays this summer without a doubt. Thanks.

The hotel is well located and super clean! All of the receptionists we encountered did a wonderful job and were very helpful. Our only critiques are that the second time we asked our room to be cleaned, the cleaning staff did not leave new toilet roll or a new soap for us and one morning my partner who was getting coffee at the dining area was asked repeatedly what his room number was in a rather rude manner (which didn't make us feel great about organisation and security to be honest).

The room was nice and comfortable bed. But service not existing. 1) You propose the online check-in, which I tried and there was technical error several times before it worked. I arrive at the hotel and your staff tells me I only check-in for 1 night, but was staying 2 nights. I did not chose anything when check-in online. Your online check-in process is not very easy! 2) Due Covid they dont clean the room, which I did not understand!

Well located but there’s construction around the hotel, which takes away from the experience

Nice staff, but there was no hot water in half of the structure

My experience at the hotel was weak. My room didn't have hot water for 2 days and I changed it (even if the reception ensured me that after the first day it wouldn't have happened anymore). However, the new room was small and quite claustrophobic, so I had to change it again. The staff was kind, but it presents great weaknesses: cleaning staff does not speak english at all; I had to move my luggage from one room to another since it was not supposed that the staff could do it in any case; soaps and loundry was not changed as required. Globally the experience was very bad.
