« Poor experience »

aircon was not working -reception team try to explain aircon works only on one mode heating or cooling -it cannot be changed in room as we were feeling very hot in room-bathroom shower door was not opening properly -location is not good -staff try to help but breakfast was rude -some items were not refilled despite reminders then left breakfast in between but nobody in team was concerned but were asking my nationality instead of solving complaint !

Aircon was not working -it can work only one way hotel manager decides whether your room should have cool or hot temperature -cannot be selected in room ! reception team tried to explain air conditioning issue but cannot resolve it -location is not very good /train noise from station and empty junkyard not a good view !
