The hotel is really clean and convenient. Their staffs are so nice and speak English well. But unfortunately the hair dryer didn't work and I requested fix it or bring another one but the staffs didn't do it. It was only thing I felt so sorry .

Excellent customer service, Thanks to front desk attendant, Imane, who was courteous, efficient and very helpful with our questions. Position for train travelling is perfect and rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was so hot in the room, we adjust the air condition so many times below 18 degrees, but without success. We had to open the window then we can sleep, in the same time we were affected by the noise from the trains nearby while crossing. It would be better inside the rooms with double glass windows at least

« Great location; it would have been useful to get more detailed information from staff about the city and restaurants »

My stay was good. As a foreign visitor however it would have been useful to get clearer information from staff. For example, when we arrived at 8:30 in the evening we asked about how safe the city was and where we could go for dinner. We were recommended one restaurant only (it turned out to be excellent) and we were given no indications about the city, where we were and how we could move around. We were only told to get a taxi and that is it. We ended paying a lot of money for a short trip into the Medina in a shared taxi, which made us feel scammed. We were only 18 hours in the city and any good experience we had in your hotel and in the excellent restaurant recommended by your staff was erased by the bad experience with taxis...

As soon as I left on my voyage to Casa I noticed the wheels on my suitcase were not spinning. When waiting to check in at the Ibis, I asked a member of the maintenance staff who happened to be in the lobby if he had some WD-40 or a similar lubrcating product to help with my suitcase problem. He immediately asked to see my suitcase and, after studying for a moment, figured out it didn't need lubricant and that each wheel could be disassembled. He asked me to finish checking in and within 5 minutes was at my door with the tools he needed. At one point he had to leave to find a different sized screwdriver. Within 10 minutes he had disassembled, cleaned and refitted each wheel on my suitcase. It has been working like new since then. I wish I had the staff member's name. He merits some kind of commendation for his friendliness and dedication to customer service!

Like the curate's egg - good in parts. Restaurant food good, but too often items were off the menu Room/bathroom fine except my pillow was like a bag of cement. Could not use the bar because of the smoke -my friends had the same problem. We reverted to the restaurant for a beer (which was somewhat expensive)

« Good transit hotel »

Clean modern hotel next to Casa Voyageurs train station. Very convenient for one night stay as we were coming by train from Marrakech and then taking the train to the airport the next day. Easy to get a quick meal in one of the nearby shops. Tram stop at the square in front if you want to go to other parts of Casablanca. Room & bathroom on the small side but adequate since not spending much time there. Comfortable bed.

The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I loved my bed, and the hotpot... It really is a jem of a hotel for the price, and proximity to the train. The buffet breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend this property for the location to the train..

« New definition of Small »

Great location next to train station but I have seen walk in closets bigger than the rooms. That said the rooms were efficient and nice. Great for an overnight stay at the train station. I booked it because we had an early departure for the airport and was told breakfast was available from 4 am on. That was a lie to get us to book, breakfast starts at 6 am. Came out of our room at 5:15 and found power had been cut to elevator and had to walk down very dim stairs to get to lobby. No excuse for not having 24 hour elevator service, they tried to blame it on the electric utility but everything else had power so bs, just cheap. Great hotel for train transfer but avoid for all else. Our bathroom at our riad in Fes was bigger than the whole room
