After having our wedding cancelled last minute due to covid-19 all the staff came together to ensure our wedding could still go ahead and although we couldn’t have all of our family and friends there as originally planned, the staff made sure it was just as special for us and gave us a perfect day with amazing service and hotel rooms were perfect.

My daughters wedding was nearly wrecked by Covid-19. The staff pulled it back together and made a very small wedding very very special. Could not rate them higher. The hotel is lovely too very clean. Planning to go back as soon as chaos of Coronavirus is over

Due to covid 19 no room service meal times changed ie breakfast later which didn’t jphelp me as a regular weekly stay through work I have a long day on Monday and just want crash out but no room service and no compromise even though hotel occupancy was low

As I am sure you can understand the hospitality industry is truly (suffering like many other businesses) due to the out break of covid19. The Hotel is more interesting in Car Park changes than looking after guests.

Conveniently located by the M6 next to an industrial estate I'm not expecting much from a hotel like this except for free easy parking and a pleasant quiet night. Hugely surprised by the parking charges and by the focus in the public areas on registering your car and paying charges. The room wasn't great and the bed was too hard for me so had a very poor nights sleep. It was quiet but overwarm. B'fast was fine.

It wasn’t up to standard,we paid for a suite but the television in the living room didn’t work,with it being weekend there where no maintenance staff working,so no one could fix it. The manager moved a table and two chairs into the bedroom If we had just wanted a bedroom,that’s what we would have paid for. £400 for just that was not good It was also miles away from reception,my wife is disabled and uses a scooter,I don’t walk very well either so it was very difficult. I also stated disabled access when I booked it and there was a step into the shower

Disappointed with car Park fee. Reception didn’t know how to get my points deducted from bill. Booked table for 7pm, had to go to bar after an hour to get drinks then had to go back to bar to order food,this took 45mins to arrive, at least one meal was Luke warm. All round service was poor

Took mother out to dinner, she only wanted chips (as usual) as a treat, as she doesnt get them at home. But NO VINEGAR! NONE ANYWHERE. And the thai curry was dismal.
