I have just been to the Mercure Hotel Haydock for Mother’s Day with my mum and sister, we had a lovely time, the atmosphere was beautiful with the musician playing appropriate, soothing music, we met the restaurant manager David who went above and beyond to ensure everyone especially the mothers where treated to an exceptional experience and happy day, we look forward to coming again to see David especially Thankyou

Afternoon tea for mothers day was lovely. The setting was great with live ambient music, good food and our server ludya was so nice, polite and couldn't do enough to make our experience the best it could be. Thank you I had a wonderful time.
